Fantastic pharmacy with friendly, knowledgable and efficient staff. I just had a flu jab and it was the most painless injection of my life - barely felt a thing! I also come here for my prescriptions and for advice from the pharmacist, and they have a good range of products in store. Highly recommend
I recently had a fantastic experience with the pharmacist who administered my yellow fever vaccines. They were not only incredibly professional but also very friendly and approachable. Also shared some tips on staying safe and healthy, especially when it comes to malaria prevention for myself and my kids. And an effective ways to avoid mosquito bites and stay protected during our stay in Africa.
Absolutely incredible service from this pharmacy. The lead pharmacist (who I believe might also be the owner) went above and beyond to secure yellow fever vaccines for me and my partner ahead of our trip — during a national shortage, no less. She personally managed to source two vaccines from another pharmacy, had them driven over so we could get vaccinated in time, and made the whole process completely stress-free. She also gave my partner some really helpful travel vaccine advice and genuinely cared about making sure we were protected and comfortable. I’ve honestly never experienced customer service like it. The pharmacy itself is spotless, calm, and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough — five stars from me!
I have been with this pharmacy for a few years now. Most of the pharmacists are not very kind, it feels like they don’t really see you when you get in and when they acknowledge that you are waiting they will serve you like robots. My complaint today is about a pharmacist named Sarah, she refused to give me her surname, who was unpleasant when I came to have my flu and Covid jab. She wanted to know if I am Eligible to get them, I explained that I am and I can give her the reason in the room ( not in front of other people) or she can look at my nhs number and find out more. We went to the room where aggressively she said take a seat, I asked her why she can’t speak nicely, her answer was” do you want to have it with someone else another time?” I left the pharmacy thinking to myself, how comes that this lady chose a job where one needs to be kind and patient. They lost me as a patient.
Terrible service - came for a vaccination for my one year old for a 2pm appointment. Called to say I was running 10 mins late. Arrive and they then proceed to serve another couple of people including a lady who they proceed to have some sort of dispute with. After 30 mins I decide to leave - my partner has been waiting around the corner for the duration of this - and they say oh we will be with you in 10-20 minutes. I said I need to go and they barely apologise but do say we will keep your forms. The cheek!!! Really rather angry as I had come with a baby and made plans for the day around that and then dragged my husband to drive us as we were running late - wasted all our time and no apology!
They remember my name and always happy to help me and make me feel comfortable to walk it as usually in scared going in to pharmacy.
Excellent pharmacy with staff who always provide exceptional customer service..The pharmacists are always ready to provide advice on medication and minor health matters and we have now asked our GP to send all prescriptions direct to Reena for us to pick up.
Great Pharmacy the staff will always go above and beyond to help, you would go along way to find such compassionate and caring staff. I am thankful for finding this gem of a pharmacy And would recommend to anyone who needs a alternative to there current situation
Love this place! It always has everything I need or looking for, wide range of high quality supplements and medicines to choose from. Staff is very professional and helpful, place is nice and clean, like a pharmacy should be. Definitely best on West Green Road and probably in the whole South Tottenham area.
