First experience was wonderful! The older gentleman who worked there helped us arrange pick-up times and customer service was great - bought more than expected. Went in again this weekend and decided to purchase a few items. This time the customer service was awful, the lady behind the counter was rude and very unhelpful. The conversation ended with me deciding not to buy the items I was set on. Very unfortunate.

This is supposed to be a charity shop not a rip off shop. A charity shop in my opinion is supposed to sell secondhand furniture and other random items. But the British heart foundation in dunfermline not only sell secondhand items, they sell brand new items and alot of it. Their prices are rediculous and so overpriced that it makes it almost impossible for low income people to buy things they need. Plus they want £30 for delivery of the items that in itself is a joke.

Unlike the shops through Kirkcaldy or Glenrothes by far has been the best place to get a sofa ,I couldn’t get a sofa before that managed to fit through my hall past the radiator and stuff but the furniture here is also better and nicer .

This charity funds animal abuse. Search Google; heart Foundation funds painful deaths and animal experimentation projects where dogs die in agony.

Bought a TV from them 4 to 5 months later the tv started to play up I phone them and ask them if could help me. Unfortunately I had lost the receipt and they would not help me whatsoever surly they have a procedure for this but they point blank refused to help. I could have went to another shop thinking I was helpn the British heart foundation lesson learned don't buy anything from hear incase you lose the receipt discussed

Absolutely amazing service! Great selection of furniture and friendly in-store staff. The delivery guys went above and beyond - they even moved a dining table indoors that the delivery men from another store refused to do for us! Thank you! Will be using BHF again and recommending to everyone :)

I have been to the British Heart Foundation Furniture & Electrical shop to buy two electric heaters. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They are lifesavers and I would highly recommend this store to everyone no matter what. It is the best charity shop in the world.
