   Got a call from them today to say they don’t have my prescription in stock told me to pick prescription up from them and go somewhere else the boots is closing on the 6th of January asked why they can not get the tablets in she told me because there closing down there not getting stock went to pick up the prescription from them I complained she said I told you there out of stock I said you also told me your not getting stock so which one is it ? Seems to me if there closing on the 6th of January then they should carry on as normal till then not mess patients about she was so rude good job there closing because there customer service is bad not waiting till the 6th of January moved to other chemists now

   Excellent service, always helpfull. I have been using them for 5 years and always found the staff to be above and beyond! Definitely the best pharmacy for miles. The pharmacist, Fatima is a star she is really really helpfull a real asset to Biggin hill

   When a family member mentioned that they had been spoken to by staff rudely and impolite at the little Boots store inside Waitrose, I brushed it off. However, a couple of weeks later, I had to go into Waitrose and visited the Boots outlet. I had a general enquiry, which I found the staff member (middle aged woman) to be very rude, abrupt and judgemental. I was generally taking back and shocked to how this person spoke and made me feel. When I went back to speak with said family member and mentioned my encounter with this staff member, I described the staff and so happened to be the same person. I also mentioned this encounter to another person who also said they do not go to this Boots due to the poor customer service. I 100% agree they have poor customer service and are rude.

   Would not recommend it at all, to get an appointment is an absolute nightmare, receptionist was completely useless and incredibly rude I’m pretty sure it wouldn’t hurt to be nice to customers over the phone instead of simply having zero manners and being unapproachable and very off putting. Shame because some of them in there are lovely

   The Head Pharmacist is generally excellent though some of the assistant Pharmacists have made errors in the past, maybe 4 times in the last 8 years. Always helpful and open as long as the store is.

   Went to Boots in Waitrose to collect prescription, after they had text me to say it was ready Usalley collect 9 items,only to be given two items Any pharmacy could see by the type of tablets that these would be needed indefinitely, and that I would need them every month They were on the prescription sent from the doctor, But they there couldn't use there brains and fill the full prescription Going somewhere else in future, useless

   I recently visited this chemist twice in the same week to ask for advice from the pharmacist,to be greeted by a very rude and unhelpful pharmacist(name unknown) middle aged woman who was not interested and simply shouted comments from the pharmacy area. We are encouraged to visit our chemists for advice rather than sitting in the doctors surgery,I will not be using this chemist again. The counter staff are lovely and so helpful I pity them having to work with such an unpleasant person.
