I had the best experience at this pharmacy. The service was fast, organised and efficient. The staff processed my prescription immediately and provided the medication without delay. I didn’t have to wait long, there was no confusion in communication and everything was handled professionally. The team clearly knows their process and respects patients’ time while maintaining accuracy and safety. Getting prescription medication quickly, without mistakes, made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. This is exactly how a pharmacy should operate.
I’m honestly shocked by how poorly this pharmacy is run. I had to wait 30 minutes this Saturday morning just to pick up a simple antibiotic prescription. There was only one person in front of me, yet nothing moved because the pharmacist spent the entire time on the phone trying to sort out someone else’s medication. Meanwhile, the only other staff member looked like someone’s daughter helping out for the day (she was wearing sweatpants and a hoodie?) rather than an actual trained employee - completely clueless, definitely not a pharmacist. I didn't even dare to ask any questions regarding my prescription. It does not inspire confidence when the people handling medication don’t seem qualified or prepared. I understand that phone calls can be urgent and some medication is more important than others. But these things happen and if they cannot properly staff a pharmacy, they should not be open. It’s unacceptable to leave patients waiting endlessly for essential medication because the team is overwhelmed or untrained. When I finally left, there was a long line of people but the staff didn't seem to care at all. My GP keeps sending my prescriptions here, which is the only reason I’ve used them a few times and it was always a long wait. But after today, I will never be back. I've already changed my chosen pharmacy. Avoid this place at all costs!

Temi & Sude bend over backwards to help, I am a very regular customer and have never been for over 10 years, I have never been disappointed with the customer service provided by all that work there, they are happy to help and advise accordingly! The team here are really lovely, but seem a little overwhelmed by the amount of scripts they are handling, so it can often take a while to get what you need.
Fabulous service and a wonderful team who really care! They remember who you are, have offered wonderful advice and have certainly checked in on my husband more than the GP
Nasty female staff members, no manners and unhelpful (the male who works there is lovely and communicates clearly )all female staff I’ve encountered have been rude and couldn’t give a toss about their patients

Terrible Day Lewis pharmacy. Never pick-up the phone, always too busy and I suspect understaffed. I rather go anywhere else but here. When you ask them why they don’y pick-up the phone, they reply ‘we are too busy’. Totally useless.
