   I have been very impressed with the pharmacy. I’ve never left a review before - but felt I had to to commend Boots. I had been trying to get a prescription filled for asthma drugs as a newly diagnosed adult asthmatic. I had called into several pharmacies on my journey - so it was random that I called on this one. Firstly they had the drugs that 3 previous pharmacies hadn’t. That may be luck of course . The really impressive thing follows from the fact that the inhaled steroids take weeks to work and what happened next - I was called a Week after having been there, by a Boots pharmacist to see how I was getting on with the medication. We had an in depth discussion for 10+ minutes. 2 weeks on - they phoned me again with another follow up and again a knowledgable in depth conversation with a pharmacist. This is more engagement than I’d had from my GP- and is apparently a Boots initiative, which I’ve found immensely helpful. I’m going back with my next prescription - This level of conscious, helpful, engaged, highly skilled customer service needs to be rewarded. Well done Boots.

   I have been attending this pharmacy for the last 6 years. I would like to commend Allen in his professionalism, friendliness and knowledge on all medication queries I have had. He has a very calming personality which instantly puts me at ease. I cannot recommend Allen enough and only wish that all pharmacists could work to his high standards. Audrey is also a credit to Boots as she is also a very friendly and efficient staff member. Thank you both for always making my experience a pleasurable one in store.

   Between the gp and the pharmacy what a joke. I've a sick 5 month old child whom I've been trying to get her antibiotics prescription. I've called 15 times they haven't answered but suddenly line busy. Disgusting very angry

   First time there and received really bad customer service, won’t go to this boots again. In fact it’s put me off boots completely. Much rather use independent chemists

   Wow what can I say. I had a prescription sent over today from 111 for my daughter who was very poorly! Any how they sent it over but the guys couldn't find it and it was near closing time. They pulled out all the stops to track down the prescription and finally found it. Absolutely professional and understanding and the team of 3 were more than outstanding!! A great experience from truly lovely people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

   Great stay, great facilities, nice staff. Family room was a bit small but the quality of bed, curtains, shower etc... makes up for it. Large car park. Only negative is it is a little far from the main action

   Went to this pharmacy today because my son has a skin condition. I went to the pharmacy to get advice on what ointment I can use. Well let just say: I couldn't complain about the service, because THERE WASN'T ANY! The gentleman who was meant to assist me was unhelpful and obviously did not want to be there.
