Online doctor prescription approved for same day collection. Needed to take medication on holiday with me, leaving that day. Had a problem with their system, so they couldn't print out a piece of paper that is apparently "essential". Unable to collect prescription, total failure to use any common sense or initiative.

ABSOLUTELY SHAMBOLIC they NEVER answer the phone they hardly ever have prescription items in stock they give constant excuses about computer problems saying they can't get the prescription off the system. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Ordered a prescription online using the same-day collection service, called and called to confirm it was received with no answer (I was later advised their phone is ‘broken’). I came 2 days later to collect and was told they’d received the order but didn’t have my medication in stock and couldn’t order it because the stock order system was also ‘broken’. I almost laughed out loud, I’ve never heard anything so ridiculous. I was told she’d keep trying to order it, but if the system didn’t work, she’d let her colleague know to order it the next day. Well, can I call to confirm it’s gone through? No, the phone doesn’t work. Will they email or text me to confirm when it’s been ordered? They think so. Gone back online to request my (same-day and urgent, mind you) prescription get sent somewhere else. New Cross branch are an absolute joke. AVOID!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for around 2 years now and really like it. I use the Lloyd’s Direct app to get regular prescriptions delivered and then I come to the pharmacy for anything else. The staff are nice and they usually have everything in stock.

These guys are appalling. Refused to fill a prescription which I had waited for four hours at hospital for. When I asked why they said it wasn't valid. I asked why it wasn't valid and they said they wouldn't tell me, but that I should just go and get a new one . I explained that I had waited at the hospital for four hours for this one and they really couldn't care less. Spent two days with a chest infection with no medication until I could see a GP because they wouldn't fill a prescription. I seriously wonder how a pharmacy could be any worse.

This pharmacy never seems to be open - it often takes four/five tries to collect prescriptions. I was left without essential medication for more than a week multiple times over the last year because prescriptions never seemed to be ready on time. Furthermore, I recently received somebody else’s prescription (a whole bag of drugs I was never prescribed) with all their personal and medical details attached. So far, I wasn’t successful in returning it due to constant closures. This pharmacy is highly disorganised and does not care about patients' confidentiality. I would not recommend.

Never answer the phone, it just rings and rings until it cuts off. Whenever I go to pick up my medication it always takes them 20 minutes to find it - it’s clearly not ready like they tell you they spend 20 minutes finding your prescription on the computers, then out the back, then bag it all up for you. Just a SUPER slow process
