   Love this pharmacy for its friendly and helpful approach to customers. Austin was so helpful in searching for a particular brand of medication for my mother. He went out of his way to ensure it was kept to one side for her and advised on how to get the prescription moved to his pharmacy. It’s always possible to call and talk to him or his other staff - a rarity these days - It’s not fancy inside it’s full of care, kindness and heart and that’s what matters.

   Have excelled their always good service. Had phone consultation with GP at 11.44 am who said wd send prescription to pharmacy. The meds were delivered to my home later that evening by one of the pharmacists on his way home!!!

   Mr Austin is always very helpful and he is very knowledgeable as well. He suggested me to try a cream for bug bites that was itchy for a week. What other products did not seem to sort out, his recommendation helped me to get rid of the itching in just 2 days Highly recommend him and his pharmacy. Great skills and professionalism

   Avoid, go further down to Dulwich. The receptionist and pharmacist Amisha are extremely rude, condescending and I sense possibly racist too. There was an undertone, it is difficult to describe. It’s also not child friendly, the receptionist will spend the whole time giving your child/ren evils. Very miserable that receptionist lady.

   I went here to pierce my daughter’s ears, they were very professional and did a good job. The customer service was really good and the staff were kind - i noticed this with their other customers too. They made us feel welcomed to settle/feed our daughter before leaving.
