   For at least 4 months now they have had no stock of anything - literally bare shelves, and can't supply even the most basic over-the-counter pharmacy medicines. Today I cracked and asked why, and the answer was that they were "changing ownership", but it's obvious from reviews here that it's been an issue for a long time. Lloyds is a reputable chain and should step in here.

   When opening times are shown, but there is no sign of anyone in the branch (I even checked the carpark at the back) it's unacceptable. I joined a queue of people who gradually drifted away. I went to Kevin's Pharmacy on Charlton Rd near Victoria Way instead. They were actually open when they said they would be.

   Opened late, no apology to the three people waiting, didn't have the prescription in stock and provided no help for when it would be back. Other products overpriced

   This pharmacy had a very good name at one time, but now the service is deplorable and slow slow slow. The staff are totally detached and show no interested in their customer base,people are left queuing out the door.and they have forgotten what service is. Either close this pharmacy down or replace the entire staff base as soon as possible. The people of this area deserve better than this mediocre outfit. What used to be a trustworthy and reliable Lloyds Pharmacy has been turned into a lackluster" I don't give a damn" operation. What a shame, when not so long ago we had people there that actually cared about their client base.

   This is the most chaotic and poorly run pharmacy I have ever come across. The queue is always huge because there is always some complaint going on about a missing prescription or something similar. Huge turnover of staff. If you get a new person serving you in there you have no chance. There seems to be no stock control and often there is no one at the till and the staff all seem to be hiding round the back. Look, you sometimes get someone in there who makes an effort (the middle aged lady is quite good) but otherwise it feels like Lloyds have just gone and lifted the staff of CarphoneWharehouse and dumped them in there with no training...and by the attitude, no pay!

   This place used to be great. Not sure what's gone wrong? They seem very disorganized. I waited for 90 minutes despite ringing ahead. I must have been asked my name four times during that wait. When I asked how to avoid auch a wait in future, the pharmacist grumpily told me 'Don't come on a Saturday.' Very poor service. Used to be able to order repeat prescriptions with a single phone call. They now force you to download and use their app. I'm finding another pharmacy!

   Very slow customer service. This pharmacy has no idea how to receive GP at hand / Babylon prescriptions and will leave it laying around for days then asking for it to be FAXED. Often does not have the prescribed medication available. Amazing that they can survive like this. Never answers their phone when you call. Incredibly slow service in person.

   This is an appalling pharmacy and brings shame on the profession and NHS. Lacklustre, disinterested, bored and unhelpful staff combined with a different pharmacist every time I go in makes for a terrible chemist. For some reason Lloyd’s seem to think that employing young people who have zero communication skills and zero interest in customer service makes for a good customer experience Having gone in to collect a repeat prescription I was informed that it wasn’t in and that I hadn’t collected the said prescription since September. This is a prescription that I must take daily or I am very ill. When they consulted their little book that is filled in by hand (hello!! It’s 2020!) they said I hadn’t had a prescription since September of last year. I informed them that this was not the case and that I had collected my prescription at the end of Nov. Again they refuted this. I asked to speak to the pharmacist who reiterated this, again I explained that this was not the case. The pharmacist told me that he would contact my GP and that my order would be in my Monday (3 working days later). Surprise surprise when my mum visits to collect my prescription they try the exact same story with her but claim to have not had the conversation with me previously!! This chemist should be shut down as they are in fact endangering lives with this nonsense. People do not want to be unwell or reliant on medicine but life deals us different hands and we make the best of it hoping that we can rely upon the “experts”. Avoid this pharmacy at all cost. 0/5 stars but google won’t let me.
