   Our family has been clients at Totty Pharmacy for many years. The team is friendly and helpful, and it’s so nice that they know and remember their patients even by name. The staff provide excellent care — whether for urgent requests for medication, routine collection of prescriptions, or blood pressure monitoring, everything is handled professionally and with genuine attention. From our experience, the pharmacy deserves an “excellent” rating. A real treasure in our Charlton community.

   Staff here are absolutely brilliant, they are so attentive to each individual customer/patient. They make it their duty to know the current situation of a patient & their medication needs, I think this is amazing as I attend here for my father in law (not even for myself, although I am seriously considering changing pharmacies). They always ask after him, his current health situation & are always on hand if I have a problem with his medication & 99% of the time are able to rectify this immediately, for me, without making me go back through his GP etc.

   My favourite pharmacy ever. The staff of the Pharmacy are professional, everyone that works here is very polite, friendly and helpful. Huge range of products, good price, reliable prescription services. I have my GP send my prescription straight to them, and they always make me feel looked after. Dosettes always prepared and delivered on time. Wonderful staff who make you feel like family! Very much recommended.

   failed to inform me that my meds had been stopped, when I called asking to order my prescription leaving my number THEY never contacted me letting me know my surgery had changed and that they couldn't order my meds, phone line is always busy from the 15 calls I've made I got threw to them once many days before trying to contact them about my prescription

   I recently heard about their free 1hr delivery service so and took advantage of this, they delivered before the hr - what more could I ask, 5 star service, like the old fashioned way. Really friendly staff and always willing to go the extra mile. The head pharmacist is very nice, knowledgeable and knows me by name. I am happy with my experience and this will be my local pharmacy for many years to come. Keep up the fab work.
