I have ordered a few things from the pharmacy (via Amazon) and still have not received my items. They have not even mentioned that there will be a delay in delivering the products! I am still waiting for the pharmacy to contact me back. Quite disappointed.
Placed an order 7 days ago and paid £4.95 I think for 1st class delivery. It said 1 to 2 working days. I needed an medication urgently. It was the only place I could find it that had it in stock. Tired calling them and emailing them. No luck! Wish I had read the reviews first. A waste of a company. We be asking PayPal for my money backs.
Awful experience and will never use again. Order placed 30th January. No updates, no arrival, nothing. They do not respond to emails or to phone calls and messages but place a hold on the money in Paypal. Thanks to Paypal this will be cancelled after 30 days but the service is not acceptable. They are probably too busy fulfilling Amazon orders but I note there are complaints there too. Rubbish service and disgraceful organisation. Buyers beware!!
