   I have to say that I am very happy with choosing Medino for my purchase. Initially I chose Medino over other suppliers because of the competitive price and then I was pleasantly surprised with their delivery times. Unfortunately, part of my order had been damaged during delivery rendering it unusable. I emailed photos of the damage to Medino and received a reply almost immediately followed by a replacement a couple of days later, which at this time of year, is remarkable. A prompt, professional and friendly service which I would have no hesitation in recommending.

   I recently ordered from Medino Pharmacy and was very pleased with the overall experience. The price was great, and delivery was impressively fast — I received my order much sooner than expected. However, there’s definitely room for improvement in packaging. The external box arrived badly smashed, which unfortunately caused some of the items inside to be damaged as well. It doesn’t give a good visual impression and shows a lack of care in how the package was handled. I believe this issue lies more with the packaging or courier department, not the company itself. Overall, I’m happy with the price and quick service, but I hope Medino improves their packaging to prevent this in the future.
