   Girl who works there made a mistake and claimed she couldn’t find my prescription and when I asked her to check twice she told me I had to leave. Extremely rude and irresponsible. I would’ve missed my medication if I didn’t insist on them checking again.

   I’m really surprised by the bad reviews. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for three years, and the staff has always been very kind, sweet, and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience picking up my prescriptions

   Absolutely shocking service every time I have to come here. The staff today was so rude to my little sister who was picking up a prescription for the first time on her own. Snatching the papers out of her hand and raising their voice at her because they were adamant she had to pay… she doesn’t. A service that’s there to help people and all they do is treat people disrespectfully and like to humiliate. Would never recommend this place - absolutely horrible people working here.

   1. I went to pick up prescription today and I was rudely informed by the staff and pharmacist of Berge pharmacy that I have taken of the list because I complained about poor service and adamant refusal to check my blood pressure few days back. 2. I am on regular medication for blood pressure, depression, fibromyalgia etc and I have always picked up my medication there when the management was good for nearly 5 years. 3.Now the pharmacy is under Machiavellian management, one is not allowed to vocalise their unprofessional practices. Berg pharmacy of today made it intentional to make my life harder because I complained about poor service. 4. As at today, it is still on their billboard that they offer free blood pressure checks, as service they denied me a few days ago when I was in crises. 5. They stopped doing Dorset for me, a service that I so desperately need because of my poor memory, because I they were using bare hands without gloves to touch the medication and I refused to take them. 6. Berg pharmacy by their actions in taking me off the list shows they are not doing best practice and will shut people down if they ever complained especially vulnerable ones like me. 7. Therefore, I call on the appropriate authorities to investigate Berge pharmacy. 8. Berge pharmacy are discriminating against vulnerable people and offer very few ‘good’ services to selected few.

   I received a shocking verbal and body language aggressiveness from staff and management of berge pharmacy today. I came in with a blood pressure of nearly 160/80 feeling very dizzy. They refused to check my blood pressure even though they had free blood pressure advert on their bill board. They also refused to process an emergency prescription to help with my blood pressure because I rang my gp and they advised to do emergency because of the blood pressure they still refused. When I tried to get more information by the time I knew it, there was a collaborative shouting at me by the staff of Berge pharmacy. I suffer from anxiety and depression already. As they were shouting me down my anxiety level went so high that I couldn't make a cohesive sentence. Why was I attacked? Because they began to take down all the free BP check and emergency prescription check which they said was left on the bill board in error. Let Berg pharmacy show the cctv footage of today's aggressiveness interaction with me today. This is very bad for the community. I didn't believe the gang up shouting down on me by this pharmacy today. This should be checked because they might also be maltreatment vulnerable people like me who cannot speak for themselves. It was like a war zone from people who should help me they damaged me instead.

   Terrible service, didn't give me over the counter medication i needed for my dry cough , they said “we don’t sell this” even though i could clearly see they had it in stock. I wouldn’t recommend this pharmacy to anyone.

   Had rats running on top shelves to get medication. Fired me on the spot last Yr without a contract for advising on rosehip water that was in stock for the skin. Shows unfairness And shows how higher up abuse their position to belittle others. Is also a bit racist. And gaslights staff. That meant all my notes and learning materials were a waste of time that was better than wasting time studying more for the healthcare system. Worst pharmacy in area. Seems good because of the location. Backstreet ones are better.

   When to get covid booster for my dad and was very unprofessional did not sanitise arm and area was not either, did not check any information with us and did not even ask for NHS number, needles in packets are left out in an open area where anyone could take them, I recommend not to go here for your jabs. He didn't wear any gloves

   I had my 4th booster at Berg today (had 3rd one at that place before). Walked in no issue no queues. Very quick and profesional service and very friendly staff. I’m surprised by some reviews saying staff was rude.. I’ve been there twice and both times everyone was very friendly. Just to add i was turned away at my local pharmacy earlier in the day as i had no underlying issues confirmed by GP.. At Berg got a booster no issue, no questions asked other than standard ones just before getting jab.. Wish I went to them in first place rather than wasting time going to my local Lansbury pharmacy.

   Edit. New owner, got worst. Staff talking to you while eating their brekfast, while being rude as always. Went today to get a simple Chloramphenicol, they don't have. They never have basic medications. 5 start reviews are obviously fake and you can see it. Avoid!!! Just go to Osbon Pharmacy, near Star Lane medical center. Much much better!!! Old review --- Not a pharmacy anymore. It looks like it's only used as covid vaccination center right now. Massive queue inside a tiny space when covid cases are so high. Couldn't go inside to get my gp prescription as I didn't feel safe. Not using this pharmacy anymore.
