I politely asked to collect a prescription. Instead of coming to the counter to communicate, the pharmacist shouted from behind the desk for my DOB. She seemed aggrieved that she was being asked for a prescription. I then had to shout my DOB and name to her as she would not come to the desk - no confidentiality whatsoever. She repeated my DOB loudly shouting it from the back as she thought it may be incorrect. She could not find the prescription and I said it was from an open prescription (the first time I have used this service). She seemed annoyed by this and said bluntly 'you need your NHS number'. I presume she was expecting that I wouldn't have it to hand Luckily I did! I was able to provide this and access my prescription. The whole experience was so poor I wish I could give it 0 stars. Will not be returning or recommending.
I went here over a week ago and there was 3 women behind the counter in the back of the shop. The woman with the red hair came out and said she would just be a minute and then went back into the back of the shop to carry on talking with the other 2 women. There was no other customers in the shop so it's not like it was preparing something for someone that was waiting. In the end I just left and I don't think I will be going back to that one as there are sisters shop it's just around corner. The chemist itself is good but it needs a huge overhaul on the customer service.

I've been going there for 18yrs I have not got any complaints. Friendly service but to me it's that they are polite and show a lot of respect to all there customers
Very rude yes I'm sure wasnt Sunday either they talk your business to others ever sin the old lady left ths chemist gone down rude ter only nice to ppl they know
Staff is helpful and friendly During COVD19 you have to wear Face mask to come in other wise you can book consumables/prescriptions online to pick up.
The service was good to start with, (when newly joined). Recently, I have had another patient's cardiac medications delivered to me by mistake and I did not receive an apology. If I had mistakenly taken these, there could have been adverse effects ! Also, when I was able to get to Sherman's this week, one of the pharmacist's pulled a 'funny face' to her assistant, (sour faced)! whilst I was talking to her and they spoke to me with such an arrogant attitude, I had to 'bite my tongue', as they would not have liked it if I had been angry with them ! I did not want to enter into any form of 'game' with them. One of the assistants had explained that the medication in question, had been picked up by somebody in the morning. I could not understand this, as I had telephoned to say that I would specifically collect the medication myself. They did not say sorry to keep you waiting, but had left me at the front of the counter and then reappeared with the medication. Their attitude is unacceptable and I have chosen not to have my medications sent there anymore, as I won't allow them to treat me in this unprofessional and humiliating manner. Furthermore, carelessness with no apology or assurance regarding the wrong medication being delivered. This not only has an impact on me but must have affected the person who was waiting on their cardiac medication to be delivered and also did not get it because it was delivered to me instead. They act as if they absolutely loathe their job, I've never come across a more miserable pair ! AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED, I DON'T FEEL IN SAFE HANDS HERE AND THEY DON'T DESERVE THE CUSTOM. GOOD BYE !
