   I’ve been coming to this pharmacy for over two years now, and the staff are always helpful and caring. On my last visit, Tanzeela and Marzia were brilliant, they listened, gave me clear advice, and sorted a prescription for the right medicine. Really appreciate their support, and I’ll definitely keep coming back.

   Pharmacist Suki was exceptional - very friendly and answered all my questions . Since then i had a blood pressure check with one of her colleagues (whose name I forget, sorry) who was also really excellent. I really recommend this place - although its is jammed between a Tesco and a Sainsburys and you might think it is a faceless city franchise, it actually feels like a really nice community pharmacy. Thank you everyone who helped me.

   I’m very satisfied with the service at Mangal Pharmacy. Beyond dispensing my prescription medications, I really appreciate the friendly chats and good advice I always receive here. Suki in particular has been exceptionally helpful, and today’s visit included a vaccination jab, which was handled with great care. Excellent, personal service every time.

   Just the most criminally incompetent pharmacist I ever had the displeasure to deal with. Endlessly unhelpful. Injuriously inept. If anything goes off script, they don’t know or to act, react or interact; a paragon of ‘computer says no’ mentality. No desire to help solve your problem. Indeed, they will create new problems for you: the most recent for me was being told another pharmacist had my prescription, only to spend £20 getting there to be told by them that they didn’t, Mangal simply had a mangled interpretation of their own system. The problem originated, I eventually discovered, with their failing to order the new prescription from the GP, something no other pharmacist has ever struggled with. They offered no apology and no compensation. Mangal occupies prime real estate with high foot traffic, but their provision is appalling. They would do better to surrender the ground to a more competent pharmacist who can offer better service to the community.

   AVOID!!! The pharmacist has a horrible attitude! Just a pathetic experience being a doctor myself I called twice prior to make sure as per NHS guidelines they were accepting non-NHS registered patients for the covid booster for my mother who is a US citizen and has had two doses of Pfizer and has a CDC card. The man on the phone I confirmed with twice before making the trip there said she would indeed be allowed and be given a Pfizer booster When we arrived there was a sharp spoken woman who said firstly she would not be able to receive the Pfizer booster only moderna then upon hearing that my mother had a CDC card and was not NHS registered started arguing that she cannot provide Corvid boosters to non-NHS patients even though I told her I had spoken to the gentleman who works at the pharmacy whom she claimed was in a meeting now and could not be approached REPEATEDLY and how ignorant to cost us the trip Luckily I spoke on the phone with another pharmacy nearby who told us to come and get the booster that she then started offering us the booster to which we went to another pharmacy as they had so much attitude for nothing
