Poor service from the staff (you ALWAYS have to wait for prescriptions even where there is no other customer) and prices are extortionate: if your items is not prescription-only, Asda or even Holland and Barret offer the same things at lower price! Same brand and size of calamine bottle was 2x the price of any other place, including online retailersβ¦

Came here to buy some over-the-counter medication for my partner's hay fever, and also to have a Covid jab. Waited just 5 mins for the jab, and found Aman super-helpful and friendly but also very efficient and professional. Help from behind the counter was also really friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great service.

Absolutely terrible service here, the staff are very rude and unprofessional. I was asked by the hospital to pick something up but the staff, including the pharmacist claimed they didn't know what it was and so tried to sell me something else. Luckily I checked with the receptionist in the surgery nextdoor and they give it to me there and then. I will be collecting my prescriptions from the surgery and going elsewhere from now on.

Terrible experience with this pharmacy. Everyone was extremely rude and I had to provide the same information 4+ times to different people. Staff all seemed lost and incredible incapable. At one point they expected me to yell my address across the pharmacy to them to confirm it in a room full of people. The whole experience was very uncomfortable and I would not go back. Rather walk the extra 10 min to a better pharmacy.

Husband went to collect a prescription for my son and was charged Β£27 for it. When he questioned this he was told it's because they had to order it in and therefore had to pay. We live 49 miles from the pharmacy and only went here because we were desperate for the medication and were told they had it in stock when nobody else did, so my husband paid because we were so desperate for our sons health to improve. When I told him this was wrong and called them back they called him a liar, claimed to not have any prescription at first for my son and then suddenly they did but my husband apparently didn't ask for it. But they somehow managed to know what medication it was my son needed and charged us Β£27 for it. I asked for a refund and they said they'd refund if I bought it back but as I explained to them they should refund me as I was never supposed to pay for it. I told them I lived 40 miles away and there was no way I could get back but was met with a "not my problem" attitude, I was then told I am not allowed to collect the prescription having paid for the medication because they can't let me have 2 lots of the medication in my house. If this is medication available over the counter, why not? Then the man shouted that he wasn't going to argue with me whilst I calmly said "I am not arguing with you" he kept shouting over me getting more rude, told me he had sent my sons prescription back to the GP as per my request (never requested it) and when I told him I hadn't requested that he kept shouting over me 'as per my request' and hung up. I phoned back later, I spoke to another slightly more helpful member of staff who sympathised and said they'd refund if we bought it back intact in the morning but obviously this is not possible because my sons health was declining and he needed the medication and could not wait another 24 hours. Therefore this still does not help us. I asked if my husband could collect my sons prescribed medication in the morning and told no they won't let us. I feel the original member of staff knew exactly what they were doing and has basically scammed us out of our money. Terrible.

First time going to this pharmacy and will be the last time - as soon as I got back home, I changed my nominated pharmacy. Staff weren't welcoming nor friendly. It took around 10 minutes or so to get my prescription (and there were only 2 people before me). Some of the staff had nothing to do, so I don't understand why it took so long.

Worst pharmacy ever. I went to collect a single prescription and was told by the pharmacist that this would take 10 minutes. Meanwhile, I could see 5 other employees in the back doing absolutely nothing. After questioning how exactly it takes 5 people 10 minutes to take a box and hand it to me, surprise surprise they hurried up and I was able to walk away from this nonsense immediately. So many employees and so little efficiency is reminiscent of the Soviet Union.
