   Newman's Pharmacy, Barking Road, don't even bother. Not the people to rely on if you have a serious medical issue that requires reliable service. For the last three months, there has been a problem in the delivery of my life-affecting meds. Today, it has all come to a head. For the previous month, I have been so careful about what I have allowed in my body to reduce my diabetes. Today, 4-11-25, it was time to change the body sensor. Newman Pharmacy had delivered them to my door in the last few days. I could not unscrew the appliance, and they could not undo the appliance. Then I was told that they no longer manufacture these. There is an update. I asked for a replacement to be told, " Don't bother us, go back to your doctor. "Can you believe it, they supplied defective, faulty goods and refused to put it right. When I asked them why they provided it if it was outdated, I was told very rudely to leave. Needless to say I told them to cancel my account I have had for years and I will not be returning.

   Inferior service, and not for the first time. I ordered my prescription on Monday morning and was assured it would be with me within three days. I waited to avoid a missed delivery. Today is the fourth day I telephoned them this morning, only to discover they have had no delivery driver all week. Well, thank you for communicating with your customers (NOT). Do you think we sit in Newham rotting, or do we have lives to live? As a registered diabetic, my medication is essential to my well-being.
