Very passionate, helpful and PROFESSIONAL pharmacy! Last of a dying list of health care professionals who genuinely care for their patients. They also offer additional advice too! They don't wait for a patient to diagnose themselves like GPs do. Thank you so much for caring for me. I always feel supported and my mood lift after picking up my prescription. Especially after my GP has screwed up again.

Today I took my daughter to see the pharmacist because she was very unwell we’ve come here in London to stay with my mum for a week as we live in the midlands we were waiting for 20 mins after that a trainee pharmacist comes out tells my daughter to open her mouth she didn’t even use the light or anything gave me a whole load of advice stuff that I already know, I then left. Then went to Sinclairs pharmacy to get second opinion The pharmacist there checked her throat with a light and straightaway he said her tonsils are infected and he can even see tonsil stones and prescribed her antibiotics I was very annoyed in future don’t let your trainee pharmacist assess patients

Abysmal! Withheld my daughter's prescriptions for almost 2 months with their incompetence. Apparently, we need to call them up constantly, even for automatically set-up prescriptions (which we've not had to do for 8 years!). The horrible Bengali man there has such an attitude problem and implied that we were not taking responsibility as parents! How dare he?! Horrible experience. It's also a dirty, dingy pharmacy. They need to sort themselves out.

Often under staffed and occasionally under stocked but, despite that, they really do try their best. The staff are always efficient, not impolite, but busy and stressed. The customers are almost uniformly ghastly.

Came in for travel vaccines without an appointment, pharmacist helped me work out what vaccines I needed and administered the doses quickly and reassuringly! Swift, easy process all round

Worst place ever. Workers have a 20 minute conversation with medication in hand before giving my medication. Rubbish service, workers don’t even care about their customers. Never ever go to this place for medication as they will not care about you.

I ordered my prescription and a week later I got a call saying they were out of my medication and if they ordered it they don't know how long it would take so they suggested they return the prescription to me so I could go elsewhere. This wasn't ideal given I need this medication regularly and it had taken that long to let me know. A couple weeks later I sent it in again and waited another week with no response. So I called to find out what was going on. They didn't seem to know about my request and the told me there wasn't any in stock. I asked if they ordered it how long would it take. The person I spoke with this time said it would be in the next day! It was maybe a day and a half when I got the text message saying it was ready collect but still really frustrating.

One of the best pharmacies I have come across so far. The place looks extremely organised with all the required patient information well displayed, the staff members are well experienced, hard working, and are always ready to help. There are wide options of all patient services especially COVID clinic is very efficient and not to mention others like smoking cessation clinic. I would highly recommend this place for your medications and all other related problems.

Disappointed with text notification receieved cancelling the appointments ( for Thursday) for booster vaccaine a day before its due. It was for late afternoon. No reason provided. When I phoned was told by a guy on the phone that they dont have pharmacists to provide the vaccacine late afternoon. Why then do you provide the slosts for booking on line. Not very proffessional. I had to re arrange time off work. This was the local closest pharmacy I chose due to mobility issue with my elderly mother. Had to then go through booking process again and this time had no issie with Lincoln Pharmacy down St Pauls's Way. They were great.

Chaotic and unprofessional. Had a covid vaccination appointment, took time off work and went there to be told the vaccine person was not in today. No cancellation email or call but fair enough, I tried to rebook on the nhs app as they had availability next day but pharmacy said no need, call tomorrow and explain the situation and the vaccine person will fit you in. Rang in the morning to be told no way, need to go thru app - next available date in another 7 days. Worse than useless
