The staff at this pharmacy are incredibly friendly and make every visit pleasant. They process prescriptions quickly and with great accuracy, which I really appreciate. It’s clear they take pride in providing reliable, efficient service. Highly recommend!
I bought a “sealed” box of Nurofen Plus from this chemist 25 Nov but when I open it at home, I find an empty box filled with empty blister packs and cardboard. Although the store is far from where I live, I try to do the right thing and return the empty box for an exchange but the store would neither refund or exchange. The gentleman said “I cannot call you a liar, but i cannot accept the box because the seal is broken” I never been so politely called a liar in my entire 68 years. Well done! So be forewarned. Open your sealed box of medicine before leaving this store as they sell bogus empty boxes of medicine. I will stop payment at any additional cost to me as this is a matter of principle. Plus I will report Medina at every government level too. After all, this will be my way of saying “thank you”.

Utterly, utterly useless. Been coming here two years getting the same medication and they never have it in stock. Every single time they say they have to order it in and I have to come back, even then they don’t have it sometimes. More than once I’ve been told my prescription wasn’t sent over from my GP when it had been. Been told my medication isn’t made anymore when it’s made by half a dozen manufacturers. No management on site and the place is staffed by trainees who are making mistakes with medications, which is dangerous. A pharmacy’s sole purpose is to dispense medication and they can’t get that right, leaving vulnerable people without medication, life altering and sometimes life saving medication. You are a disgrace to your profession and should be embarrassed, but you won’t be because you clearly couldn’t care less.
Not a welcoming shop . Seems to be closed when they say they are open. Other pharmacies around the area better to use
