Wife went there. Gave her wrong medication. Shes got dementia. I phoned up no apology . Said if I went back there it would be ready got there she said 10 -15 minutes. 45 minutes later eventually got her medication. Short staffed or not they should tell you the truth to start with. Disgusting

I think itβs the of lack of privacy, the staff doesnβt have the finesse to comprehend, not everything needs to be addressed out loud on the room for everyone to hear. Also the repeated question: whatβs your address ? I donβt want a random person to know this !!!! Really baffles me! Also the team seems socially awkward, something is off with the entire team.

I went to collect medication for my mum. The lady wasn't letting me and was incredibly rude even with doctors approval she was not letting me collect. My mother was very sick and in pain and all the lady was doing was fighting with me telling me that I can't collect it. Horrible customer service.

Really disappointed. Very unprofessional guy. They don't know anything about how to talk with customers specifically The guy with glasses. He don't want sat his name. I like to collect my medicines after 2 days of my prescription they say it's not ready. They will call me when it's ready. But they didn't. After next day i visit them they say it's not ready.. They don't even say sorry. He speaks so rude and tell me why don't i change pharmacy. He isn't care about my medicines. Very very unprofessional .

I don't understand this people honestly. I suffer from very rare neurological condition. I've told them I can't run out from medication and I've told them when I was picking up the previous prescription to order so they can have it in stock so I don't wait. And then what happens Thursday I submitted fro new prescription call them the same day they didn't respond call them the next day they didn't respond and now is Saturday they gonna open Monday.

Been here a few times, staff are generally very nice to me and respectful. I've not had to wait more than 5 minutes to pick up a prescription and honestly, it's just great to have a pharmacy practically a 5 minute walk away! Great!

Incredibly helpful over the phone and in person arranging prescription and then pick up from outside the pharmacy when suffering from Covid. Cannot say enough how helpful it is to be able to ring up without some call centre and have the phone answered (doesn't happen with all pharmacies) and then for them to actually sort everything out for you. And it was sorted quickly too. Big thank you.

Absolutely avoid at all costs, if you can go somewhere else do. The guy who served me was so unbelievably rude. I needed inhalers, they served one person before me and it took them nearly 40 minutes to fill my prescription for 4 inhalers. These come pre packaged so nothing had to be done except label, the guy went off doing everything else and left my inhalers on the counter top for about 30 minutes before handing them to someone else to be labelled. ABSOLUTELY WORST SERVICE!!
