   Jason & Imtiaz, thank you both for your exceptional care and assistance you provided me a few weeks ago. After experiencing some health concerns and not making much progress with my GP appointments. I decided to visit the pharmacy where I had noticed health checks & advise were offered. Jason,you promptly offered to conduct some checks and it turned out that my blood pressure was high. Thanks to your immediate assistance, arrangements were made for me to have my BP monitored. Imtiaz, your support and thorough explanation were incredibly helpful. You patiently answered all my questions & arranged for additional checks to be carried out. All the information was then forwarded to my GP, ensuring that I could be properly monitored. You also provided me with valuable information to take away. Both of you were extremely professional and dedicated and I truly appreciate the time you took to help me. Thanks to your efforts I now have the information needed to make informed choices & improve my health.

   I regret to share that my experience with Rohpharm Pharmacy was highly disappointing. During my recent visit, I encountered staff behavior that was not only unprofessional but also dismissive and unnecessarily rude. When I inquired about my prescribed medication, I was met with a response that was both confusing and inappropriate — I was told that my medications were "not normal ones." I find this language deeply concerning, as it lacks both clarity and sensitivity, especially in a setting where patients seek reassurance and support regarding their health. Now I have changed my nominated pharmacy.

   Best Pharmacy I have ever been to ! Pharmacist got knowledge more than Doctors. He takes his time and explains throughly. Pharmacy can be busy sometimes but service is definitely worth while. Amazing Travel clinic service. I always gets answer of any of my queries. Well explained, friendly and very disciplined staff. Would always go there. They always try to help for your needs.

   Strange pharmacy, wouldn't recommend it. It took 15 minutes to buy Vitamin D over the counter, then they wanted to sell me a version that was going to expire in month (that was a better deal to them, they don't have to throw it out), and then the tablets that they sold me at the end was much more expensive than online (I think they didn't have a price for it in their system and made it up the price then and there).
