   Pethatic Customer Care, Poor public Dealing and rude is a tiny word for communication extremely harsh and insulting talk to clients like slave and the other guy thought simultaneously arrogant. Moreover all the conversations was recorded over 111 emergency call service because the lady was also with me over the phone for instructions. I have the names as well but I don't want to disclose because I'm a decent person.

   Outraged by the service here. The man who served me didn’t listen, nor even attempt to look for my prescription. After politely asking to look again before we left the store and saying I felt quite ill he angrily said “well you wouldn’t be here if you were ill”… Is he completely unaware of the role of a pharmacist? Rude, arrogant and frankly idiotic staff - wouldn’t go near with a barge pole. I’d recommend Tesco down the road - was in and out. Disgraceful.

   Would give minus stars if I could. Unapologetically incompetent, slow, terrible communication, left me without medication for a week for no good reason and sent me on multiple wild goose chases. Lied, argued, just dire. AVOID IF YOU CAN

   I would give zero stars if possible. The girl behind the counter short changed me by £2. I showed her the change she gave me, also showing the receipt. She denied it straight to my face saying she gave it. I called over the manager and she said I believe my staff. I said when the day ends the money is counted, if there is £2 extra then they could give me a call and they'd know I was short changed. Manager refused saying she can't do that and to come 3 days later and raise the complaint with higher management. I just gave up, staff were extremely rude. I wouldn't waste my fuel over £2 coming back 3 days later. Avoid if you can or at least count change back in front of staff.

   This pharmacy is a nightmare! Please PLEASE do not order any of your medications there, this pharmacy is extremely unreliable! I am pregnant but my pregnancy is high risk so I need to take progesterone tablets. I was running out of them and I knew this pills are hard to get so I went to order them 5 days earlier to make sure I have it for when I need it. The lady took my prescription and said that it will be ready to pick up in 3 days. When I went to collect them I found out my prescription hasn’t been processed and my medications are not there!! I was shocked by how unprofessional people working there are!!! So if you want to get your pills on time DONT USE THIS PHARMACY. Also the women working behind a counter was extremely rude as she told me it’s not her business and I can go to another pharmacy. I’m still shaken and I can’t believe that’s how you get treated especially when you pregnant! AVOID!!!

   The absolute pits. One star generous. I called and was told my collection ready within the hour. I gave them plenty of time. I arrived, waited 15 minutes (only one person in front of me) only to be told to make myself busy for ten. Ten minutes later, still not ready. No customers at the front. What ever is delaying your pleasant by seemingly stretched staff is unacceptable. Help them out. For any would be customers, just avoid unless you like waiting. Just the pits
