   Lack of communication within the pharmacy team , repeat prescriptions never ready , items not in stock most of the time , staff don’t take responsibility for their actions , given wrong and different information when issues arises , quite a disorganised pharmacy despite sufficient staff on duty

   I’d give a 0 stars but it’s not possible so 1 has to make do. My mum went in today to collect her medicine and was made to wait 1.5 hours due to the incompetence of two staff working there. She left in tears and was extremely frustrated and definitely uncared for. I will be taking this further as this kind of service to patients who need their medicine and care is unacceptable.

   Incredible how all except 2/3 members of staff are so rude! One lady in particular who's been rude to myself and other people in there every time without fail. Shorter lady with red hair, always miserable, and always gives you filthy looks. There's a taller lady with red hair who is wonderful though. Went through a phase where there was always an issue with medication not being in stock and scripts not ready even after over a week. And always a long wait regardless of time of day

   Our family have been with Benjamin Pharmacy since we moved to Chingford 24 years ago, always had great staff and professional service, Keyshia is a real credit to this place, my mother moved to Co-Op ( Well ) a few years ago due to mobility reasons as they deliver to your house, but she quickly went back to Benjamin and Keyshia not long after due to their chronic incompetence. Your family is in safe hands here.

   Ironically, just after leaving a good review, I have been treated awfully by a staff member. They closed early without updating their website. They were in the shop but refused to let me have my prescription. I had run out of my medication. The staff member was unbelievably rude and obstinate, insisting that I return between 10 and 12 the next day. When I am at work. I will NEVER use them again.
