   The rudest femele staff I have seen,a young lady who refuses to provide her name,very sususpicious,why staff at Well don't wear a badge and refuses to give her name but we as customers are handling our personal details to stranger. For years ,I came at this chemist,all ladies were always nice,but today 19.12.25,I came acrros the rudest staff ever. Makes you wait for nothing ,tbought she"s was preparing the prescription but no she was doing somethings else ,couldn't care less ,that was late and a child is left without medicine,no empaty at well. Very dissapointed,she's arguing with customers,she doesnt look to have had any training whatsoever,will contact Head Office

   Absolutely disgusting behaviour! I have called up to ask if my child's proscription has been sent from the doctor. The lady said we are very busy I have to come to the pharmacy to ask. I can't believe the attitude of this person, you're a disgraceful human being!

   The pharmacist (not sure if she is new but not seen her there before) was warm and friendly. Too rare these days. The whole place was tidy and organised - a year or so ago it was a right mess. The young guy behind the counter could do with some practice at being friendly but the pharmacist herself was great.

   Dreadful experience... I attended with my mum who was there to get her Covid jab. The shop has mainly empty shelves and looked shabby and unclean. The counter assistant was unbothered by any customer requests and totally void of any due attention. Whilst we were the there a number of customers that visited were told to go elsewhere as they had no stock!!! Do not visit ...

   Why they have replaced the pharmacist, Peter, I do not know. He knew many of the customers and was very reliable. Also what's with all the new incompetent staff, the ladies that worked their for years are great.

   When today to have my booster booked via the NHS website and they said that the vaccine for today had finished that I can book another appointment for next week. I felt so disrespected, no apology. Very rude staff.

   Ran by miserable people, who don’t want to help. Walked in on a quiet morning, pre 9am. Waited while they caught up about the day ahead - chatting about how they didn’t have any vaccines to do until 2pm. Now, When asked to speak to the pharmacist the receptionist turned to ask her as she was out of sight, where I heard the pharmacist huff - give an uninterested ‘nah not really’ and was then told by the reception she was busy getting ready for… the days vaccines! Maybe fine if you need a packet of cough sweets - wouldn’t bother if you actually need advice, or prefer service that isn’t miserable.
