Today I picked up some prescriptions and they asked me a few questions which led to me receiving a certificate that means the cost of the meds was 3x less. The best local chemist. I've been visiting regularly for over two years to request and collect medication for my daughter's type one diabetes. Always served with a smile and always good with all the different items we need. And they're open late and on Saturday too!!
Been with this pharmacy since 2018 and they've been fantastic in this whole team. The whole team have customer service skills which go above and beyond. Pharmacists are incredibly knowledgeable in their progression and very polite and helpful. On one occasion I lost my asthma inhaler and needed an emergency, the pharmacists were able to help me promptly and swiftly saved me by providing with an inhaler when I was unable to get a prescription through to them on the day. Very grateful for this as I need my inhaler at all times.

Nice little pharmacy, with a great deal of products, loads of variety and price variations. The lady pharmacist is ever so lovely, kind and polite. I always have a nice time coming to visit this establishment. Truly enjoy this pharmacy and recommend to everyone!!
I'd give ZERO stars if I could. Every single prescription has a problem - either short on an item and need me to come back tomorrow (difficult when you work full time!), hasn't been faxed to the doctor or failed to pack all items. The rude woman with northern accent is horrendously arrogant. Now signed up to Pharmacy2u, good riddance Hatch :)
Use to be a Great helpful chemist. But Not now under new manager . They Never got all basic stuff on prescriptions like inhalers . You have to go back the next day to collect the rest . I Don't have time to go back next day.
