   Had the best experience at this pharmacy today. I walked in with my 3 year old who’s been having a bad ear ache for the last 2 days. The pharmacist Abby was so friendly and made me and my son feel at ease immediately. She looked at his ear and explained what she was doing every step of the way so that he felt happy and wasn’t afraid. She prescribed us with some pain killer drops and we were on our way all within 10 mins or so! I’d highly recommend this pharmacy. Parking is so convenient too with 2 spaces right outside for customers. Thank you Abby!

   The most Disgraceful and disgustingly rude service from the pharmacist regarding emergency medication! He was So combative and Argumentative from the get go, for no reason, telling me how there are customers in front of him the entire time. Stuck with no medication thanks to him… Certainly in need of De escalation and customer service training. To the owner -He is dragging your business down. Very Sad . :(

   Really disappointing experience with aggressive and rude staff. I went to pick up a new prescription from this pharmacy for a one time issue and the pharmacist dispensed this for me. At checkout the total came to £47 which I could not afford at that time. I politely let them know that I wouldn’t be able to take it as I wasn’t expecting it to be so much. The male pharmacist completely understood and was very kind. I came back a few days later as I had gotten paid and was able to afford the prescription. Once I let the lady in the glasses know my details she then said “oh you’re the one who wasted my time the other day” in a very rude and aggressive manner. I was utterly shocked. I have never had someone be so rude especially someone who’s working in healthcare. And the fact that I didn’t purposely “waste” anyone’s time I quite literally couldn’t afford it and was very embarrassed at that moment but she still made me feel awful when I came back. Really really awful person honestly to make someone feel like that. I never returned to that pharmacy ever again and I never will.

   Really kind and knowledgable pharmacist helped me with a burn injury that happened just before we were travelling abroad. He was so helpful and reassuring. Excellent range of dressings and just let me select what I was comfortable with without pressure to buy. Care like this is so important and means a lot when you're feeling desperate. Very impressed and grateful. Thank you so much.

   I have to say this chemist has the best customer service I have ever experienced..Their premises are clean and well layed out , the staff and the pharmacist are polite , friendly and helpful. The chemist has its own parking that takes the stress out of waiting for your prescription and to top it all they were the only ones that had my prescription in East London- life savers ! Well done and thank-you.

   The service in Ocean pharmacy is genuinely second to none. The team are welcoming and professional. I was prescribed a new inhaler today & the pharmacist could not have been more helpful.
