   Yesterday whilst shopping at boots (bromley) I stupidly left a carrier bag with some presents in whilst buying some bits from there store (my fault completely) I didn't realise until I got home and they had already shut, I then went back to the store this morning to repurchase all the bits and due to the items in the bag being around £100 I thought i would ask if the bag had been handed in before I paid for the bits again And I couldn't believe my luck the lovely staff had put it safe and called the manager out who with a lovely smile handed me the bag I couldn't thank them enough they was all so lovely about it, What a lovely Christmas spirit boots thanks again Hope you all have a wonderful Christmas you certainly deserve a five star review as you definitely have me as a happy customer

   I had a wonderful experience at Boots over the weekend thanks to the lady (Karen) who assisted me at one of the makeup counters. She was incredibly helpful, friendly and took the time to listen to what I needed and made the necessary recommendations. Thank you Karen for such amazing customer service!!!

   I visited the store today to get an idea of the best product to use to correct dark circles around my eyes. I asked a very helpful young lady called Alicia (hope I've spelt her name correctly). She was super helpful and knowledgeable about the different products. She recommended a few of them to meand went as far as to apply them to my face, to help me see the full effect. I left really happy with my purchases and would return to the store based on how good her customer service was.

   I went into Boots in Bromley Glades today to pick up my Estée Lauder double wear foundation, I was approached by Carol, I asked if she could colour match me again as I felt my colour had changed over the years, she was so helpful, not only did she colour match me but she gave my skin a full pampering…wonderful service by her and I throughly enjoyed the experience. Wonderful member of staff. Lisa

   Had an encounter with extremely rude staff member who worked at the till near the L’Oréal brand, I wish I got her name but unfortunately I didn’t get the chance . I could see she was with another costumer , all i’ve done was asked her if I can pay there as I wasn’t sure , at first she totally ignored me then she gave me the dirtiest look and reply asking if I cant see that she is with a costumer. There are nicer ways to tell someone to kindly wait without being rude. So pls remind her to learn the basics of costumer service.

   Large, well stocked 2 level store that has an opticians and pharmacy along with standard retail goods. Wide variety available from kid's essentials to vitamins & healthcare to bathroom & toiletry items to beauty and more. Conveniently located as part of the local shopping centre, benefitting from their parking facilities.

   I do love these Boots stores, so full of varied things. there is no other place like it! The service in Bromley varies considerably. Sometimes good other times extremely poor. Especially long waits at the pharmacy. But all in all, so glad that this High Street store has withstood the test of time throughout generations . And deserves good ratings just for nostalgia value.

   Unfortunately, I can never find a member of staff on the shop floor to give help, when help is required. (And for me the click and collect service, is an exorbitant fee. Plus, the app I did not find to be user friendly, so missed out on collecting my points, and when I picked up my order was told I was unable to add my points, at time of collection!)
