Have always had a good experience when requesting repeat prescriptions for family and for advice from pharmacist. Staff are always welcoming and attentive.
If I could rate this pharmacy a 0 I would. This pharmacy used to be amazing, that is until the new pharmacist started. Poojitha Mittapalli. Who is incompetent, unprofessional and so rude. I have been shouted at, hung up on, ignored, lied to and the list goes on. I can’t believe she was employed by touchwood and has managed to kept her job this long. I will be emailing the General Pharmaceutical Council straight after I’ve left this review. This lady can not treat mentally vulnerable patients this way or anyone for that matter!
I moved to Touchwood a year ago and cannot fault them. The staff are all amazing and very cheery and friendly. My prescriptions are always ready, despite being issued by the GP a few minutes earlier. The resident pharmacist is superb and very helpful with any advice on my medication. Thank you.
We came for an appointment we made online for a chicken pox vaccine. It meant we missed a soft play class that we attend each week but I knew it was important that my son received the jab. What wasn’t important for this pharmacy was for them to keep the appointment. I arrived on time and was told by a member of staff that the pharmacist who would administer the vaccine had something important to do and would be in later. There was no apology for the fact that my appointment wasn’t taking place and that I hadn’t been informed, she didn’t care and it seems that the pharmacist and pharmacy don’t care about managing appointments either. Under no circumstances take your child here, if this is the level of professionalism you get from this pharmacy I would find another safe place to take your child for a vaccine.
I received a whole bunch of travel vaccinations from Mark the pharmacist - I strongly recommend. No messing about for my 3 jabs and it was very quick efficient and pain free. He was very nice and we had a good chat in the process. Not to mention 2/3 of the jabs I had seem unobtainable in the whole London area so bonus points just for having them in stock.
Convient, accessable and good customer service. No long lines or long waiting time.

Best flu jab I have ever had from Mark the pharmacist a couple of days ago. I am in the medical profession so have had many over the years, totally pain free, speedy service as a walk in patient, and Mark has the most lovely friendly but professional manner.
Incredibly consistent, some staff have better customer manner than others but entirely reliable.
