   Considering the huge workload, tiny space to manoeuvre in, they are always absolutely lovely,kind, caring, especially the women who are the assistants running the till. The regular pharmacist's Monday to Friday are so lovely They know exactly the way customer service should be handled, and genuinely listen,empathise. There have been small issues , and supply issues of my drug they struggled to solve, but it's mostly down to things outside their control. They are also sadly often having to deal with the fallout of the total erosion and removal of competent primary care services in the area since the pandemic. I love independent pharmacies.

   The last few time I've had to use this chemist the pharmacist has professionalism at all once as advised to go after a bad burn (to which I ended up in westminster & chelsea) due to his advice to which he didn't even examine my arm just said yeah it looks fine and anytime I've needed a prescription it's never there like it should be I think he just giving up caring in his job

   I would just like to say that this pharmacy offers a excellent customer service with very kind staff. Recently my prescription was due and as always it was emailed to my doctors practice on time, however something went a miss with me having no medication at all. They put in a great effort to resolve the situation at very late notice and a solution was found eventually. Thank you
