   Sadly I can only give 5 stars as this is all it let's me award. However if I could give 10 Stars., I most definitely would. My reasons behind this are due to: 1) Brook Pharmacy is a family run business and this shows through their care and attention to details 2) Any and every question you give to those lovley people working there is never any hassle as they will always give you the information that you require to the best of their knowledge, always professional with the care and attention to the details. 3) Every time that I visit Brook Pharmacy you are always greeted with a warm welcome. Most Pharmacies you are just a number greeted by a person that works there to pay their bills and runs out the door one second after they shut the door to close for the day. Brook Pharmacy has served the local community for a number of years now and it has a community feel when there. You can see that the family love their work and on helping our community and beyond it. 4) I myself am in my early 50's, living in a few parts of North / South London. Buckinghamshire and The Lake District, I have to say the this Pharmacy is the Best I have ever been to. So a massive thank you from myself, on the service your family provide to myself and our community!

   I am someone who normally don't write reviews but today's incident has really made me resort to writing this bad review! Appalling customer service by the Brook pharmacy. Rude and disconnected the phone whilst querying about the prescription. Last thing you need with a sick child at home is trying to deal with a rude and inconsiderate chemist. Won't be going there again! Thanks to Grove Park pharmacy for sorting out the prescription and for your professional service!

   Great service. Went today to get a covid vaccine. Member of staff at the counter was very helpful when I phoned to say I was running late. Staff really friendly and helpful, efficient service, couldn't ask for more. Thanks!

   I went down today with a burn to my arm I was attended to straight away and solved my problem I have been going to this pharmacy for over 33 years and find them friendly caring and always ready to assist I really don’t know what we would do without this pharmacy 5 star rating all the way .

   Brilliant service! I called purely to ask advice as to whether a specific medication was still available as my mother had been advised by another pharmacy that it was not. The lady that I spoke to was exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble. My experience with Brook pharmacy was excellent- I would strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a friendly, efficient local pharmacy.
