Always reliable with repeat prescriptions, vaccinations, medications and dressing prescriptions from GP. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. Used this pharmacy for quite a few years and never had any problems. Would highly recommend.

Unreliable opening hours — they seem to close whenever they feel like it, regardless of what's advertised. It’s incredibly frustrating when you make the effort to go, only to find the shutters down for no clear reason. Not ideal for a pharmacy people rely on for essentials.

Had microsuction done by Mohammed to remove wax in my badly blocked ear. Treatment was painless and 100% effective! Completely clear now & very pleased with the result. Would recommend.

The Pharmacist at Aspire is brilliant I have consulted him several times my last call was to have moles removed from my back, these have always been a huge embarrassment to me but three treatments later and my back and I am no longer embarrassed, The treatment I received has had a huge impact on my confidence and for the first time in years I feel good about myself. I cannot recommend Aspire highly enough the care , treatment and efficiency of the staff is outstanding. Highly recommended. Steve Marshall

Best Pharmacy in London, massive range of services and got my daughter's ears cleaned as a walk in service. Very informative and witty pharmacist who was very patient and took great care and time with my child to ensure she was calm and relaxed through the procedure. Can not thank these guys enough as she was in extreme discomfort until she was treated here. Keep up the amazing work. Thank you.

Absolutely disgusted with the services aspire pharmacy provided for me yesterday. I am going travelling and I needed to get some travel injections done. I proceeded to ask which ones I needed and said i needed tetnus, typhoid and hepatitis A. I had to fill out a form and at the bottom it needed my full name and signature to consent to getting the jabs done and to consent to the fact that I had been fully informed about the risks associated with the vaccine. I hadn’t been informed, therefore I didn’t sign. There must have been about 20/30 people in this tiny little pharmacy waiting (a tip for this, ask customers to maybe go and get a coffee down the road or go for a walk and come back in 10 mins? It was absolutely hectic in there) So I’m waiting 20 minuites and a man calls me into the room too get the jabs done. I asked him if there was any side affects that I could feel short term and long term and he said I might feel under the weather, still no information on the risks of the three jabs and has still not asked me to sign the form. He then proceeds to stick the first needle in my arm and then after he’s stuck the needle in my arm he asked if I had any allergies!!! (Well does it matter if I do because you already stuck the needle in my arm) He asked for no contraindications, gave me absolutely no information! I’m more annoyed at myself for not getting my money back and going else where. It was so unprofessional and I will not be coming here again

I can’t express enough my appreciation to Mohammed and his team at this pharmacy! I have been coming for years and consistently, the customer service is truly outstanding! Everyone is very diligent and professional. The pharmacist gives sound advice meaning that I rarely need to go to my GP! Prices are very reasonable with all the products of high quality. The store is always maintained to a high standard, is very tidy, accessible and well stocked. This is a pillar of the community and provides more than what I expect from a pharmacy, with vaccines, blood test and so much more. Opening hours include evenings and weekends which is fantastic for working people like me. If you are in 10 mile radius, look no further than aspire pharmacy!

Shocking place to have a Covid jab Kids screaming and inexperienced staff. Got to top of queue behind walk in patients despite fact I had a booking to be told there were no Covid vaccines. No checking in which would have avoided the unnecessary and distressing wait. My 10 year old son had to listen to children screaming and no attempt was made by the nurse to calm them or their parents All my experiences of vaccination centres have been v positive - shocking to see this place operating . Staff inexperienced and uninterested manager seemed to be absent.

Everything was filthy. The staff were rude and only interested in money. Told me I would wait five minutes Knowing it would be longer but wanted my money regardless, then left me waiting half an hour in the dirty environment. None of the staff wore a mask. The owner was misogynistic. Spoke to me with contempt just because I’m female. Then let a man push in front of four other people who had been waiting longer. Again those customers were women also. I watched the owner deal with five people and handle money and made no attempt to wash his hands in between or wear gloves for the examinations, I was horrified that this is a medical environment and we live in a time where covid and monkey pox are rife. The consolation room wasn’t ventilated or cleaned between patients and quite frankly the whole place is a health hazard with sub standard Hygiene and rude unprofessional staff. I will never go there again and advise anyone who cares about their health to avoid it too.
