   The staff in this pharmacy are so helpful and efficient. I offer 6 stars! Today I visited and witnessed the abuse they have to endure from ungrateful, ignorant people whilst the staff bent over backwards to help them. I wish these lovely staff were treated with the respect they deserve. I am so grateful to them that they look after my Dad with the utmost care. Thank you , thank you, from a very happy customer.

   Very slow service all the time when collecting prescriptions. Waited 15 mins for items even though I called before hand and yesterday too. Sometimes the wait is even longer. The pharmacist giving advice is very good though, highly recommend.

   Easily the best pharmacy in the area. The Pharmacist is so helpful and will go out of his way to make sure you are getting the best service. This has really been a huge deal to find such a great service when so many pharmacies have seemingly given up on even the most rudimentary level if customer service. I should know as I live in Albany Park and I still choose to go to St Johns!

   This is the most helpful, friendly, caring and professional pharmacy I’ve been to. Always happy to help. They have been invaluable supporting me with my triplets in times when it can be impossible to get to a Dr. They are always on hand to give out professional advice. It’s a shame they don’t do travel vaccines as I had to go over the road to Asphire pharmacy and had the most shocking experience and ended up leaving after 1 1/2 hours with no vaccinations just hostility and aggression from the pharmacist there. Made me appreciate St Johns even more! I will never stray elsewhere now ;)

   Farad and the team at St John’s Pharmacy we’re amazing. So helpful and kind making sure my daughter got the medicine that she needed. When it looked like they might not have the exact prescription Farad offered to drive to another pharmacy and collect it if we were willing to wait the hour or so it might take him. Above and beyond for the bank holiday (Queen’s funeral day). They made a difficult situation much better. Thank you Farad. From Alex and Hannah
