   Gone down hill since change over. I have been there 2/3 times and had a not so good experience. Pharmacist lacks empathy. Rest of the staff are great.

   Been going here for 20 years and even though it has changed hands, it is still very welcoming, attentive and efficient with a lovely personal service. They have expanded their services recently and now have 2 consultation rooms for 1-1 private chats and jabs.

   Since joining Hollytree pharmacy in 2023 I have never experienced a problem with prescriptions or medications being delivered to me. They are very considerate with the service that they give. I used to have my prescriptions forwarded digitally to Osborn Pharmacy in Albany Park and they were always out of stock so I decided to change and in doing so came across Hollytree pharmacy. I have never been disappointed with Hollytree pharmacy and they are all very kind and considerate regarding disabilities when it comes to noticing that their patients need their prescriptions being delivered. I absolutely give them 5⭐ for their communication, stock availability, consideration and delivery availability. So I would like to personally thank all the staff at Hollytree pharmacy ❤️❤️❤️

   I went to this pharmacy to do work experience and i absolutely enjoyed my time there, i would never forget the experience. I was advised to help with various tasks that increased my skills and knowledge. For example assisting pharmacists by preparing medication, labelling and packaging orders. The team was very welcoming, friendly and supportive helping me with the tasks. They were also very relaxed about my times that i was able to come and leave which was very lovely. They are all very hard working, caring and even with the busy workload they manage to provide an efficient service.

   I been using this chemist for over 30 years! The staff are amazing very friendly Also the service is very good I have to go twice weekly and they provide everyone with their individual needs in mind What an amazing pharmacy I wouldn’t change where I go it’s very unique x

   Extremely helpful staff, I rang this pharmacy after not being able to get antibiotics for my daughter at any chemists in Bromley and was told they had them in stock. On collecting, the pharmacist gave me advice on how to help my daughter take tablets as she had never taken them before and was worried. All staff were very knowledgeable and welcoming.

   I have been using this pharmacy for many years and found Azim always helpful. Azim’s advice was always spot on. Our family would often go to the Hollytree rather than the GP. I was disappointed to visit the pharmacy and find Azim was no longer there. His advice will be missed. The nee chemist was not very helpful. I hope Azim and his family are well. P
