Says prescribing pharmacy. When I attended today he tried to charge me even though I have a valid prepayment prescription card (PPC) and the medication is available on prescription on the NHS. Pharmacist didn’t even look at the main problem area and then tried to sell me the treatment that IS covered by a PPC. Will not be going there ever again.

Such a wonderful pharmacy. I attended today to ask for advice for an infected insect bite, I was told they can see and prescribe me antibiotics if needed. The process all in took 10 minutes from start to leaving with medication. As always they were kind and friendly whilst still being incredibly professional. Definitely worth coming here if you haven’t already
Very grateful to Mangal Pharmacy for seeing me last minute and providing me the medication needed. The pharmacist took his time listen and provide great advice and treatment. Will definitely to recommend to others.
I used Mangal Pharmacy (Sherard Road) for the Covid vaccines and was impressed with the service. Unfortunately to get a prescription processed and administered at the Well Hall branch wasn’t that good. I was informed by a member of their staff that they’d process a prescription for antibiotics from the hospital if I forwarded the email to them. I got to the pharmacy and was told they couldn’t and was misinformed. Because it was a wound infection following surgery I complained that this should have been made clear. I asked again if they’d process it due to the nature of the infection. A man that works at the pharmacy then takes an aggressive stature approach and also verbally aggressive to get me out of the pharmacy. A lady that worked there was helpful and advised I contact my GP or 111. I followed her advice and the GP sent them a prescription. I tried to ring Mangal Pharmacy a few times to see if they had my prescription but couldn’t get through. So I went there and found they didn’t have the antibiotic in stock. They printed the prescription and told me I could take this somewhere else but advised the antibiotic was difficult to get so thought it was unlikely. I became stressed as it’d been a full 2 days since the infection began and stated this was concerning and was there something they could do. I was told I’d have to contact my GP. I asked. If there was anything they could do and again the man that works there becomes aggressive in stature. Bearing in mind I had a surgical procedure two weeks before and had crutches to be subjected to physical aggression is not acceptable to anyone but even more disgusting behaviour towards a person with a disability and an infection. Needless to say I won’t be using this pharmacy again.
I always use this Pharmacy. I won’t go anywhere else! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
Terrible service. It's suppose to close at 5:30pm on a Saturday but refuse to provide critical anti seizure medication to very ill patient at 5:27pm
Been here about 5 times the older male pharmacist is extremely rude. Treats you like a piece of s**t. I tried to collect an online prescription and he treated me like I was a junkie trying to get morphine. Instead it was an essential epilepsy drug. All my family has had similar treatment including my daughter who has Dr on his prescription. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs unless you like being treated rudely
