   I visited here with my 89 year old mum for ear syringe , as her hearing had been getting worse. The practitioner was so friendly , he made my mum feel totally relaxed , he was professional and very knowledgable.. The surgery was spotless and the the care excellent . I would recommend for ear problems

   What a great local company, met Des for the first totally lost hearing in my left ear which he brought back, thank god as was worried, my wife had the same problem which he sorted too. So pleased & certainly recomend without any hesitation. Thanks Des.

   I had problems with both ears, I have had recurring problems for many years in fact. It got to the stage when I could not hear properly out of my left ear unless I put Hydrogen Peroxide drops in it everyday and then flushed with water. This led to constant ear infections and it was quite frankly a vicious circle. I had heard about Des and seen his posts during Covid and was impressed with his dedication. I had seen my GP and they referred me to ENT but the NHS appointment was over a years wait! So I decided to go and see Des, he looked into both ears and at first we treated a fungal infection, this still did not clear the issue so Des advised me to go back to the GP and get both ears swabbed. This then led to my left ear needing antibiotics as it did indeed have an infection. After this course I had to wait for my ear to get better. Over the course of around 4 months I made regular visits to see Des so he could look into my ears and see what was going on and whether they were healing and getting better. Sometimes he would suck out some wax which made a great difference. The most amazing thing about Des and Falconwood Pharmacy is that I saw Des probably around 10x, and after all his time he did not charge me. That is amazing in this day and age with someone who can show so much passion and dedication to his work. All I can say is this Pharmacy is truly amazing, from someone who now has full use of both ears!!! Try them you will not be disappointed. From a very happy customer.

   Superb place for ear wax removal. Des was professional, knowledgable, and the whole procedure for 2 ears took less than 5 minutes. Prices were extremely reasonable, and the consultation room was spotless clean. Highly recommended.

   I had both my ears cleared out today via microsuction and I was truly amazed at the sheer amount lurking about my canals as the photograph showed! Mr Dhesi was friendly, welcoming and professional, plus the treatment room was spotlessly clean. Recommended.

   Having had a severe ear wax build up and not getting any help from my local GP practice or hospital, I visited this pharmacy at very short notice. Des, who removed my ear wax was kind and very professional. There was no pain having this procedure done and at a price of £40 for one ear, compared to paying £60 for boots and £55 for specsavers, it was money worth spent. I can hear properly again. He also gave me after care advice too.

   Des extracted a whole cotton bud tip from way inside my ear this morning, what a relief after 4 days of hardly being able to hear in my left ear. I called up yesterday to book an appointment and Des was very accommodating to fit me in today. The procedure was completely pain free despite the cotton bud being stuck way down inside my ear. Des is very friendly and polite and the consulting room is very clean too. The counter staff were excellent too. I would fully recommend Falconwood Pharmacy.
