The receptionist I saw today is rude. I paid for my prescription. I asked her to give me their contact so I will xall to know if my prescription is ready She wrote the number and put it on the table for me to collect it. I knew she did it base on my skin colour type I don't think she is fit to serve public honesty
From my visit a few years back, Rabiya Anwar was amazingly helpful and considerate. Since she’s no longer there, I tend to go elsewhere now. Unfortunately the pharmacy as a whole needs fixing up though, and it’s sad she’s no longer there as they need her back!
Alarming that the guy who cleans the windows asked me to pay 1 pound to enter the pharmacy to cover for the window cleaning costs. I will write to the local GP as well - highly problematic and. I wish they address this as vulnerable people would have paid.
Pharmacist was super helpful and reassuring, answered my questions and gave me an info sheet too. Thanks to her for great customer service.
Lovely pharmacy. Pharmacist I saw is a very helpful and kind gentlemam. In April when I was lost and didn't know where to collect my prescription, being new to the area, he called my GP to arrange to send it to them instead which was done instantly. Thanks!
Been with the pharmacy for few years. Today was the last time. I have changed pharmacy. Always check your prescriptions in the bag. I have found incorrect dispensary number- items missing which has happened on previous occasions this is why I started opening the bag on the counter. Today I caught them outright. Trying to have me sign for an item that was not there. I questioned this - I was told it is not a problem. Yes it is! Suddenly the item appeared behind the counter. It is the way it was shrugged off at the counter and it has been to often that an item has been missing - but with a sealed bag provided. Suddenly the extra item appearing at the back of the room in a small bag - ready to hand over. It appears to me they are hoping you do not notice the item missing and sign the prescription - not checking. There have been to many incidents of this in my case.
Absolutely atrocious service from the pharmacist called Rabia Anwar. That person needs to learn some customer service skills. Definitely moving repeat prescriptions from this god awful place.
No recommend, The pharmacy hijab lady charge me £10 on top of the price is right on the medicine when I told her she said that’s the price I checked on the Internet is the similar price he’s been writing on the medicine she decide to top up £10 more The very racist. Attitudes with me are completely different with another customer next to me. Not recommended.
WHAT A DISGRACE! JUST BOUGHT SOME COUGH SYRUP AND WHEN I TOOK IT HOME IT WAS HALF EMPTY!!! WHEN I TOOK IT BACK I WAS ACCUSED OF LYING BY THAT YOUNG GIRL WHO WORKS AT THE TILL AND SHE HAS SO MUCH ATTITUDE.. THEY NEED TO LEARN RESPECT AND WILL BE REPORTED!!!!!
I am absolutely disappointed in the woman in the hijab there and they changed my price in front of me. I suggest buying online or from someone other than these people
