I've been comng to the Pharmacy for over 8 years for myself and now my kids. They're always super friendly and gratuitously offer advice. Most recently I had my child vaccinated here and they (unsuprsingly) were very gentle meaning she didn't make a peep.
I honestly can’t thank this pharmacy enough. They truly saved my mum when she needed help most, and I’m so deeply grateful. The young female staff member who helped me to get emergency pills was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She went out of her way to make sure my mum got exactly what she needed, and treated me with so much compassion throughout. It’s rare to find such dedication, and I’ll never forget it. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I've been coming here for over a year. They are so helpful in-person and on the phone, and always help me figure things out with a human touch. I'm so much happier to go to them than a chain like Boots. Even though I've had to move home due to the landlord selling, I've still kept coming to them because I really appreciate their service. I recently took my daughter for an ear piercing at Burns Chemist, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The service was excellent—professional and attentive throughout the process. The environment was clean and hygienic, which put my mind at ease. The staff, especially Geeta made both my baby and us feel comfortable, ensuring the experience was as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this place for anyone considering ear piercing for their little ones! And what's more, we even got a certificate to mark the occasion.

I've used Burns Pharmacy for a couple of years. Really brilliant service. They help with any questions around repeat prescriptions. Medicines are ordered and available on time. Good advice as well if its needed. Would recommend. Friendly, professional service.

From personal experience, I would highly recommend Burns as a honest, friendly and very efficient pharmacy. Having paid double the amount for my medication at a previous pharmacy, Burns was able to source my new prescription within one day, even during Christmas period. Followed-up by calling me to confirm arrival and charged me fairly, which resulted in half the cost of my previous pharmacy. A credit to the area. Thank you
Burns provides me all the assistance and support that I require from a chemist. The staff always go the extra mile to ensure that I have the advice, product or medication I need and are extremely efficient and friendly. They really go out of their way to make sure my experience is a happy one. I am so impressed with their excellent customer service that I am reluctant to go anywhere else and now use Burns Chemist for all my fathers prescriptions and medical needs as well. They really know how a chemist should be. Staff there are not just knowledgeable and trustworthy, but also very patient and kind.
