I've visited Britannia Pharmacy on several occasions, and each time, I've been met with excellent service and efficiency. One particularly memorable experience was during the pandemic when I was assisting a vulnerable, self-isolating neighbour by collecting his medication. The staff were incredibly helpful and understanding during such a difficult period, ensuring the process was smooth and stress-free. Most recently, I visited today, and once again, I was impressed by the high standard of service. Special recognition goes to the experienced lady at the till. Despite it being a busy period and having a trainee alongside her, she remained patient, informative, and kind throughout. She took the time to ask about symptoms, possible allergies, and even suggested a suitable prescription alongside the initial over-the-counter advice I had sought. Her proactive approach, sense of awareness, and control of the situation stood out. I highly recommend Britannia Pharmacy to anyone in need of reliable and thoughtful service. I have never encountered any issues with the service provided. The staff has consistently delivered excellent service. However, there have been occasional instances of miscommunication between the GP and the Pharmacy, which have resulted in delays in the collection of prescriptions.
Would be no stars if it was an option. Only 1 helpful lady there who has newly joined, hope she doesn't pick up their bad habits. Very unethical and should be reported to the General pharmaceutical council. The main pharmacist likes to pick and choose who can have their prescription, 9/10 is an obstical to treatment and Kiran I must say is gross person and very unladylike like
I've been using this pharmacy for over a year and they are always friendly and have my prescription packaged and ready to collect. It takes the stress out of having to pick up prescriptions when I know I won't encounter any issues - thank you!
The worst service in my locality
The staffs are doing the best they can with the resources they have. But I have to say the system they have its not working. The computer doesn't scan the medicines. Computer freezes. This becomes an issue as you have to wait a very long time till it gets sorted. Britannia pharmacy is well know and I know they have branches all over. Come on head office spends some money and improve the services.
The absolute worst. I call them to order my daughter’s prescription, I always leave a few days to a week before picking it up because every single time I go there they tell me they haven’t got it, more time they don’t actually order it or they lie and say the doctors hasn’t sent it. I call the doctor every single time and they say it’s there Reese for pick up. It’s like they don’t want to do their job ever and they’re soo unfriendly it’s crazy. I’ve also been going there for about 5 years and a whole year consistently since I’ve had my daughter, they act like they don’t know me every single time.
Very friendly and professional staff, always ready to help. It has this genuine 'serving the community' spirit. My son used to have his repeated prescription with them due to his ongoing health condition, so we visited very often, and they possitive attitude made a huge difference in what was a difficult time for us. Thank you!
Staff are very friendly and attentive. The location is very accessible by public transport and the premises are clean and comfortable. Having been here several times I have nothing but praise for the staff.
