This pharmacy used to be excellent, but unfortunately, its standards have significantly declined. I recently had a very frustrating experience with a staff member who answered the phones. I called to inquire about my mum’s medication, which had been prescribed by her GP, and asked when it would be delivered. The staff member assured me she would order it in and have it delivered to our house. However, when the delivery arrived, not all the medication was included. Over the next week, I tried repeatedly to contact the pharmacy but had to wait 20 minutes just to get through. When I finally managed to speak to someone (the same staff member), she insisted it was impossible for anything to have been missed. I explained that I had personally checked the bag and knew for certain that items were missing. She then accused me of not calling earlier to report the issue. I explained that I had been trying to get through all week but was unable to due to the long wait times and my work commitments. To make matters worse, she suggested that I go back to my mum’s GP to have the missing medication re-prescribed, even though it was entirely the pharmacy’s mistake. When I asked to speak with the pharmacist, she put me on hold and later informed me that the remainder of my mum’s medication was sitting on their shelves. When I pointed out that she had previously claimed everything had been delivered, she denied saying this—even though my entire family heard her say it while on speakerphone. Her attitude throughout the entire interaction was rude and unprofessional. As someone who works in a similar role, I always strive to go above and beyond for patients and to take accountability for mistakes. In this case, I was met with a lack of responsibility and a dismissive attitude. She eventually agreed to post out the missing medication, but only “as a one-off,” implying she was doing me a favor when in fact this was to rectify their own mistake. This experience has left me incredibly disappointed in the level of service provided. I strongly urge the pharmacy to ensure staff are properly trained in professionalism and customer service. Telling customers to involve the GP to fix an error caused by the pharmacy is unacceptable and adds unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.

Their service is so so. Their opening time is 9am but it is 9.6 am and I don't see anyone as far as my eyes go. On their website it says it is open when doors are shut.

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The service was incredibly slow, with long wait times even though there were only a few customers. When I finally got to the counter, the staff was rude and unhelpful, seeming more interested in chatting among themselves than assisting me. To make matters worse, they gave me the wrong prescription, which could have been a serious issue if I hadn't caught it in time. When I brought this mistake to their attention, they barely apologized and acted like it was no big deal. Overall, this pharmacy is poorly managed, and the staff clearly lacks professionalism. I would not recommend coming here if you value your time and health. There are plenty of other pharmacies that offer much better service and accuracy.

Would absolutely give 0 stars if I could! They are beyond a joke, I was in the queue waiting to be served and they are laughing and joking among themselves. A customer was talking to the person at the reception on the phone, they started having a casual conversation when customers are waiting to be served! They took half an hour just to answer ONE question, because they were laughing and joking rather than serving customers! They desperately need training because the staff do not know what they are doing at all. Absolute joke the service is, staff are ridiculous and they do not know what they are doing!
