I am very satisfied with the services provided by Newmans Pharmacy.. I am always greeted with politeness andprofessionalism. The staff attend to each customer with a personal touch and are very helpful, answering any questions, ensuring customer ssatisfaction.They offer a number of services, isuch as; Blood pressure checks, referred by GP, also 'FREE Minor Ailments service. I always leave fully satisfied.
It's been a while now I'm under medication and once in a month and sometimes even more I need pharmaceutical support and at Newmans pharmacy I found pharmacist and all team supportive and available to help all the time. ***Edit*** Sadly the service has taken a turn and isn't as reliable as it was a year ago. Slightly disappointed with the lack of honesty when doing repeats. Items are not being delivered as promised. Iv been using this pharmacy since 2010. Pleased to say they’ve always been quick with medication and helpful with advice. We have a child with complex disabilities, he requires large volumes of medication. Although we moved out of the area a year ago, we’ve decided to stick with this pharmacy. All the staff always go above and beyond when it comes to taking care of their customers. Also I’ve noticed that their prices for other products are very reasonable, like for like with supermarkets unlike other pharmacies. Really and truly cannot fault them at all. Keep up the great work!
Have been coming here for over 10 years to collect my mothers medication. All I can say is thank you to everyone. They are all very polite, very efficient and always helpful in giving out information and suggestions. Keep up the good work.
Staff are always friendly and helpful. My medications are complicated and it took a few attempts to sort out what I needed. I got fed up. I got angry but the staff that dealt with me never did. They are honest .helpful and do what they say in the best way possible. They are human and they get tired (yes I saw the swollen eyes and tired faces). During this Covid they stepped up and maintained the excellent service. Long live you all. bless you and I pray you are all treated with the respect you deserve .. Thank you Newman's
