I can't praise Shan Chemist enough. They really do go out of their way to offer the best customer service. Dispensing medication accurately is no mean task and can be even more challenging when customers are not willing to wait. The problem is 'Mindset' and 'Expectation'. If you adopt the mindset and expectation that you will get your medication almost immediately as you enter then you are highly likely to be dissatisfied more than often. If however you change your mindset and expectation that you will need to wait a while, especially when the pharmacy is busy then it's more than likely you will not be dissatisfied. Expectation brings great disappointment.. don't expect but just accept that things are as they are and that you will be dispensed your medication within a reasonable time frame. Thank you all at Shan Chemist for the outstanding service you all provide to the community.
One of the worst pharmacy, service is very bad and specially the pharmacist claim to be 44 years of experience doesn’t even know how to talk with patients. Very rude and unprofessional
The pharmacist here is absolutely amazing!! I had an embarrassing health concern that didn’t require a dr visit, and he made me feel so comfortable for asking! Answered all my questions & made sure I felt comfortable with the instructions. I’d walk to go here instead of anywhere near me .
This pharmacy is recommended bcz the staff running this pharmacy are really good…they helped me like there son.

pharmacy staff are helpful. I wanted a prepayment certificate and they kindly reminded me that I would have to apply on the same day. Thus, I hurried home and in the 5 minutes I had before the lines closed I managed to order it!. However, it would be nice if I was asked more questions by the pharmacist when handing out medication e.g. have you had this medication before?
