Even though the pharmacy is currently under construction, the service has been excellent. The staff specially manager is very efficient, helpful, and it never takes too long to get my medicine. Really appreciate how smoothly everything runs despite the work going on!

This is the single best pharmacy in London. All the staff are caring, kind and helpful. They genuinely care about their patients and go above and beyond in finding and prescribing them their medication. I often struggle to find my medication in other pharmacies but they make sure they get it in for me. Finding them has reduced my stress immensely. Fantastic service thank you for your positive impact on your surrounding communities!
I just went to Plashet Pharmacy, and I was quite pleased with the service I received. Each member of the staff were friendly, informed, and ready to help out. They went out of their way to explain the medications and answered all my questions, which made me feel very confident about the treatment. The pharmacy is well-stocked so locating what I wanted was easy plus their wait times were also acceptable. It was a convenient store with a broad range of health and wellness products, which I really liked. Strongly suggested if you're searching for a trustworthy and customer-focused pharmacy!

This place is under new management and I met the owner the other day and he’s a breath of fresh air. I’ve been along time customer here. He approached me and asked me for my feedback then told me his plans. He’s continuing to keep the same customer centric ethos and community that has been the foundations of this place but also looking to add innovation to the pharmacy. They do a great delivery service I would highly recommend.
I was served by RUBY, she is the worst person i have ever come across when visiting a pharmacy. It is well seen that the staff is nice to known people only. She is so arrogant,rude and doesn’t know how to treat a customer. She has not treated me well, i am very disappointed with the way she has approached me. There is a way of greeting a customer, humble request to the management, please make sure every person is treated in a nice way posssible and make sure it doesnt happen to others next time. Thank you.
Awesome staff and very helpful. I usually call through to order my repeat prescription and they've not failed me yet. If there is a delay it's usually a query between the drs and themselves.
