Was waiting to print something for around like 20 mins. They told me to email them it. I did. They said it didn't work and to send the link in WhatsApp. I did that too and then they finally told me to send pics of it to WhatsApp. They did not print it still. Very disappointed that I wasted my time waiting and they couldn't print it out.
This morning I went to collect my repeat prescription and I was told to call my Gp to approve my prescription eventhough I have been with this pharmacy over several years. They know I am a Diabetic and heart patient and have been taking medication from them for several years and I am 59 years old and today is Friday and if I call Gp and and GP approves and it' will be on either Monday or Tuesday my medication arrives. It's 4 days and if I don't take medication my life could be danger. But the unprofessional and irresponsible staff ,young man with a Beard simply said its only 4 days nothing will happen cone and collect either Monday or Tuesday. What sort of unprofessional and ignorance he shows to human life when you work in this field eventhough I pleaded with him any emergency medication and he said no I can't. I am a British citizen and I am not going to run away with your medicine and I am your customer for several years and I am pleading with you some emergency medicine and you said no and telling me to go back to Gp. Then I went home and call the Gp and Gp approve the medicine and told me to go and collect my medicine on the same day but pharmacy didn't send me any notification that they received the approval from the Gp and come and collect the medicine. No they didn't send me any notification and I had to call them and ask ,then they said yes ,you got your medicine, come and collect. I am very very disappointed with their services. I think this staff needs some training to how to approach vulnerable patients Thank you
We were new to the area. My husband was terminally ill. We needed supplies for his personal care. Staff at there delivered to us promptly. My daughter went to collect my prescription and from that day Mona remembers my name. Always greets with a smile. Ever the professional, she shows kindness and regard. When we thank her, she says “but that’s what we’re here for”! We appreciate you Munro Pharmacy, East Ham. Thank you Mona.
Printing / Passport picture service - thank you so much for a wonderful service. Ali & Tiggan are always very helpful when I come for a passport picture or need to print. Each service are also very affordable. Thank you !!
I’ve been a customer here for more than two years for my printing on academic as well as other works. The people who have served me are Tiggen and recently Ali and both have been efficient and effective in their work. Their pleasant nature tends to attract more customers and consequently I now have to join the queue occasionally.
I went to this pharmacy first time to collect my medicine. However I have decided to go to boots. Just because staff is so rude. I would recommend bosses to teach those girls some manners how to talk to customers.
I received exceptional customer service from Reece today. Over the phone,he took time to explain the new procedure of collecting Covid Tests. (Mind you i had called 4 other chemist before hand and was rushed off the phone) Reece was very kind, helpful, thorough and very caring. He reserved the last Test Kit for me. As I got to the shop in East Ham, my phone battery died, and was unable to give him the code to collect it. He still gave me the Test Kit, and trusted me to give the code when i got home. Which I did. I've not had customer service like that in a very long time!!! Reece THANK YOU. YOU ARE a credit the the Munroe Branch in East Ham. God bless you.
I came here for a work visa photo and a passport photo and the photographer went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied as a customer. He made sure everything was perfectly done according to size, changed my background colour to blue which is what I needed, and overall did an amazing job. The shop seems to have a lot of customers loving the photography area so this man deserves a raise or something for the amazing job he did.
