   Looking after my mum, who is now 79 years old. Fortunately, her medication, which is blister-packed, gets changed regularly. This has now become an issue as we have to keep on changing her blister pack more or less every month, sometimes on a weekly basis. The staff from the pharmacist have played a very helpful and kind role, understanding my situation as a carer for my mum. They understand how difficult it is with the short notice given to them to resolve my mum's blister pack, making her life easier so she knows which tablets to take and at what time. The pharmacists have been very patient in assisting and rectifying the blister pack. The best thing is, they can deliver it to my home address on the day and at the time they say, which has been very heartwarming. I think they should be recognized for this. I am very grateful for their assistance and helpfulness over the last couple of years, especially now. Thank you very much. I hope someone within the higher management side recognises this and passes this message on to you guys once again. Thank you very much. Raj

   All the staff apart from the pharmacists are wonderful — but the pharmacists themselves are, without exaggeration, the most arrogant and incompetent individuals I’ve ever encountered. I took my child to them because she had swollen glands and a fever; they barely glanced at her and simply handed me ibuprofen. Realising this so-called “pharmacist” had no idea what he was doing, I took her to the ER, where she was correctly diagnosed with glandular and rheumatic fever and prescribed two courses of antibiotics. To make matters worse, the same pharmacist had the audacity to look offended when we returned to collect the correct prescription — one issued by an actual doctor

   The service in the pharmacy is the worst. I've was given someone else's medication first but luckily I checked it and it had someone else's name on it. Then I was told my medication is ready but the pharmacist who needed to sign off didn't do it and is now on lunch. You need more competent staff.

   My elderly parents are registered here and I have found Sai pharmacy to be very efficient and friendly. In particular the pharmacist Mr Mosin Ahmed has been particularly helpful and has taken the time to answer questions and offer suggestions regarding my parents medications. I would have given 5 stars but sometimes it’s difficult to get through by phone, otherwise they provide a great service for the community.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service, as the lady at the front desk actually was verbally abusive as I was leaving the store thinking my family and I didnt hear her, when my friend was going to go back and question her she had run in the back and we left. Lady should be sacked.

   I went to get my ears pierced at Sai pharmacy and there was a dog... The workers were touching it and playing. The lady who was playing with the dog pierced my ears and didn't even wash her hands or wear gloves. This is very unhygienic.

   A perfect example of why independent pharmacies are a cut above the big pharmacy chains. The team at Sai are great and it is refreshing to be known on a personal basis, they are so accommodating when it comes to prescription requests. I was recently offered a COVID booster jab which was administered professionally and without the waiting experienced at NHS clinics. Well done to everyone at Sai, highly recommended for all your pharmacy needs.
