   This is my local pharmacy and all my prescriptions are sent here. 80% of the time I have had rude customer service by the staff here and I have noticed they treat white English speaking customers much more respectively and kindly.

   I'm self-isolating so having received a text telling my prescription is ready, I called to ask if the prescription could be delivered and was told, "no, because our driver is self-isolating. You can get a friend or neighbour to pick it up". Tesco, apparently, has been hiring tens of thousands of extra temporary staff but these clearly don't include people such as prescription drivers who, one would imagine, could be regarded as quite important. Astonishing and VERY disappointing.
