Booked a private swimming slot for my newborn baby and both parents. Was told I would receive an email to pay for the slot. Did not receive any email, tried ringing to chase up the emails for 3 days prior to the booking. Managed to speak to someone the morning of the time slot and they said it was fine to pay on arrival at our slot time. Arrived for our session to be told that because we hadn’t paid via the emailed link that they had booked in another family into our time. Very disappointed and upset. Not sure if I could trust trying to book in again incase it happened again.

Awful customer service. Cancelled my 5 year old daughter's swimming lessons after three lessons as she hadn't picked it up quickly enough and berated me for giving a less than 5 star review

Both my children love their swimming lessons here! Having fun, building their confidence and learning all at the same time. A Very reasonable price too.

The small size of the class ensures that the children get the maximum opportunity to practise what they are being taught. Meaning the lesson is filled with activity and active children, rather than standing waiting as can happen in larger classes. Cathy's enthusiasm is infectious and my son's progress and confidence is tantamount to her skill as an instructor and the fun she brings to the class

My daughter has been having lessons with Kathy for a few months now, her swimming has really come on. She's gone from a complete beginner to gaining her swim level 2 certificate. Kathy is a great teacher and my daughter looks forward to her lessons with Kathy.

My daughter absolutely loves her lessons with Kathy. She has grown in confidence and ability in a calm, encouraging environment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Liverpool Swimming Academy to anyone if you have a child who thrives in a 1:1 learning situation!

Both of my children aged 4 and 6 absolutely love going swimming at Liverpool Swimming Academy. Kathy is a fantastic teacher. ..her professional, patient and caring approach increased their confidence in one lesson (both were scared of getting in) and within weeks they were both swimming around happily. The style of teaching ensures that the children have lots of fun as they learn. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you Kathy!

I could not recommend Kathy highly enough. My 13 year old son, who has ASD, refused swimming lessons for years but after his first lesson with Kathy he was hooked! His confidence has grown and he is now becoming an able swimmer. When he struggled Kathy was patient and gentle with him until he eventually ‘got it’. Having one-to-one sessions in a warm pool has also supported his sensory needs. I cannot thank Kathy enough for the way she has helped my son and I believe her classes are a perfect way to start any child (but especially one on the autistic spectrum) on their swimming journey.
