   Popped in here today as a last resort for prescription and was pleasantly surprised, it’s now under new management and a million times better from previously. Staff were welcoming, helpful and polite, was able to pick up my prescription while I waited..about 5 minutes, shop is clean, organised and well stocked, will definitely return for future medication, advice or travel vacation which they provide as well.

   Appalling. The staff are rude and unhelpful but more importantly they give out the incorrect dosage of medication, they halved the amount I was supposed to receive, even crossing out the correct amount on the package, yet I still paid the full prescription price. I will be reporting them.

   I've changed from another pharmacy that was in Swanley and this pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever been with. I'm on a lot of medication and they always get it done very quickly for me. They keep me updated and they're always so polite and friendly. Most importantly, if anything's out of stock they call me and let me know. Very friendly and polite staff that work very hard. Highly recommended

   Absolute disappointment, staff have zero common sense this place should be closed down. After 2 failed delivery attempts which I haven't asked for I went down to collect my prescription and was told I had all ready collected it. Thus went on for 2days of them asking me am I sure I didn't collect it like I was a child being asked if I had eaten the sweets. The staff was rude to my partner who had gone down before me to collect it. Never using again they need a course in management and people skills. CLOSE IT DOWN!!!!!!!!

   Still haven't got my high pain killer, been without for 5 days and in agony, after trying to get through on phone partner goes there to be told because of covid and long ques plus two other factors they are only focusing on people who come in.. im housebound they then give him my prescription full of everything else but my pain killer! Still not answering phone.
