made a weird comment about my mum being desperate for her medication when she was behind the counter as if i couldn’t hear her, then said they hadnt arrived which isnt their fault but bit rude. unprofessional to make a comment like that about somebody just trying to get their medicine

Well organised, despite poor GP service, they're never late with a prescription and as others have said they offer excellent advice. Nice range of relevant health products at pretty much high street prices.
The staff here are so friendly and helpful. Owing to incompetence of my GP surgery, they have had to do more than is expected from a Pharmacy. There is competition from larger Pharmacies, but but Bat & Ball deserve our continued support.
Great staff & product range. I dropped for a prescription and found they sell lots of lovely children's items at good prices, including the wash mit I bought in photo. They also sell household cleaning products including hand wash, washing up liquid etc... prescription service is fast and efficient with friendly staff.
