Would t even give a 1 star. There were 3 waiting in the clue the lady went out back. She left is standing there for ages. Nothing said to any customer there. She then comes out and says we can see you in the camera and there's only two of us. I said fair enough but where is your customer service. She said you saw me go out back. I said yes but did you talk to the customers in the queue to tell them what you were doing and acknowledged them. She said if you not happy go elsewhere. I said that's great customer service. That's not how you treat customer. All we asked is that you talk to us and acknowledge us. Let us know what's going on. She was so rude and I'm shocked at the response.

They make up their hours on a daily basis. Their sign for Easter weekend opening hours showed they were open from 9 on the Tuesday, then we make the journey and they have a sign that says they are opening at 9:30. Generally feels unreliable, including from their text service.

Local pharmacy gave us 13g adult movicol sachets not 7g movicol paediatric by mistake. Once I got them home and realised they’d already closed so 111 re-did the movicol paediatric prescription for us and sent it here as an out of hours option. The assistant listened politely and went to get the rude pharmacist who started the exchange with a sigh ans though we had done something wrong being there. She asked for photos of what we have at home. She reviewed and then said since we have instructions to administer 1/2 a sachet of movicol and we have movicol we can just do that. When we pointed out we need half a kids sachet not adult she said “this prescription isn’t an emergency”. We tried to tell her that after the local pharmacy, GP, health visitor, urgent care center, local pharmacy again, 111, and now here we are out of options but she just said “nope. I can’t help you. Get a new prescription” and walked off to avoid further discussion. Her advice is to give a baby an adult dose or leave her to suffer another night after 4 days of being sent round the houses. She was not just unhelpful but extremely unkind.

Every time I visit this pharmacy there is never anyone to serve me. I have to wait up to 5 mins sometimes. I also heard a member of staff there talking about me and then continued to ignore me when I had asked to speak to the pharmacist about my medication. I’d advise anyone to go elsewhere for their medication. I wouldn’t give this pharmacy any stars at all but I’ve had to to leave this review. Oh and also, a note to Tasha the owner, I do not have any social media so I will not be messaging you on there to then get no response. Don’t waste your time on social media taking complaints just address the ongoing problems yourself promptly to attempt to save your so called business.

Went to swanley asda pharmacy to collect my prescription which I put in a week ago. First of all I was told to do my shopping and come back which I did. Then I had to wait 30 minutes just to be told that they only had 1 item and the other had to be ordered. The pharmacist was rude and snappy. Not a pleasant experience.. As a reply to your comment, the visit was this morning, the pharmacist was a small Italian lady and the member of staff losing prescriptions and telling numerous people they were next in line was a large lady who I have never seen before.

Absolutely chaotic. Not enough staff...not medication on site and I waited over an hr.. There is always queue not matter what time you get there.

This pharmacy is a joke. They claim to have a text service to let you know when your prescription is ‘ready for collection’. No prescription is ever ready for collection and I very rarely receive a text (despite being signed up to it twice). If you have the patience to wait in the long queue, staff always appear confused and state that they will look for your prescription. The word ‘look’ is quite apt as they then proceed to hunt high and low through plastic baskets littering the floor space, through drawers, and on shelves, while the pharmacist sits out the back. When the staff member returns it’s often a case of: They can’t find it. Go away and shop to give me more time. Or Wait here for 10-30 minutes. Yesterday the pharmacy was closed at 9am as there were no staff and today was a half an hour wait for prescription to be ready - despite being the elected pharmacy who receive the prescription. It would be great if this place had a complete business review and restructure as opposed to simply being able to exist due to being inside a large supermarket.

They had my daughters prescription for over a week, I went in yesterday because we had been told it would be ready to wait over half an hour to be told they could only find one item and it was the incorrect size. They lady told me she will have to reorder it and call when it’s ready. The next day my daughter got a call saying it’s ready for collection. She went straight from work and exactly the same fiasco unfolded, they couldn’t find it, they didn’t know who had called and said they will reorder it! It’s now been 2 weeks since she was given the prescription by the GP it’s bloody ridiculous! Just as well it’s not urgent she’s be in real trouble. I’ve never met such incompetence in my life… needless to say we will be switching pharmacies :( it’s a dangerous game they’re playing should be closed down :(

Wow had to queue for over 1 hour, after work today to collect a prescription. There were only two people in the pharmacy when I came in. Asda, would you please put more people in this department. I've been in twice before this week, but the line was too long for my 1/2 hour lunch break. 14 October 2020. 4.30pm onwards......

After my experience today, this place is poor! 4 people working behind the counter and not a single one serving customers! The wait was about 45 minutes while 1 of them disappeared seeing there was a queue. Also I piped up saying there was a queue and one of them was extremely rude and said “back off I’m busy” mate, all I wanted was a bit of service to collect my prescription. Not wait around for ages when there’s so many elderly people waiting too!
