Herbert Pharmacy has been an invaluable support to me during an incredibly difficult time for my partner. The entire team have been so kind and willing to give their precious time to offer truly expert advice. I cannot thank them enough for their genuine compassion and commitment to excellent customer care.
If all pharmacies were even half as good as Herbert Road there would be a lot less pressure on GP surgeries. The information they provide is well informed and they give as much time as needed to discuss any medical concern. As ridiculous as it sounds they show more care and sympathy than my local surgery. I have the utmost respect for Abdul, Suk, and the delightful front of house Sisi. They go above and beyond what is expected of a pharmacy.
Absolutely disgusting service, they have been delivering my medication over a year maybe more with only a few problems. Yesterday doctor sent over prescription for 3 day course of steroids my face is badly swollen and can't see out of my eyes properly. Anyhow told Yesterday no delivery's tommorow morning I will get them. Today my face has got worse, at 4pm lady delivers my meds to find only my atorvastatins in paper bag i asked lady where the steriods she shrugged her shoulders at me said to call Herbert pharmacy. Just called them to be told they delivered to me!!!! I explained no steriods and I need them urgently the manager who got put on phone to me was talking over me telling me they are doing me a "favour" delivering to me, if I want my steriods I have to collect them or wait again until tommorow!! All the time talking over me. I explained i don't want to end up at the hospital I needed the steriods he said they can only give me 1 box emergency ones so where are my docs prescription ones? Will change my chemist now no way to talk to customers even though I've told him I'm struggling here and they know I'm disabled and don't go out and I can't drive my eyes are swollen and can't see properly. I'm fuming right now... looking to see who I report them too?
One of the best pharmacies I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been using them now for over 14 years. They are extremely efficient, extremely and nothing is ever too much trouble. Their home delivery service is fantastic. I would recommend Herbert Pharmacy 100%
No system. Often claim that your gp surgery hasn’t sent over the system yet I have proof as I order through NHS app. It’s like they lose prescriptions. Plus it takes ages and ages for them to bring you your prescription, like up to 30 mins. It seems like they are all flapping around in the back trying to work out what is going on which is quite concerning when it comes to medication. Considering how many times this has happened to me and hours of my life wasted I am going to move my chosen nominated pharmacy. Ridiculous.
I was offered a free blood pressure check at the pharmacy and when that reading was high Adelina also offered me a free 24 hour blood pressure monitoring machine. Excellent service and very helpful.
Great pharmacy staff very helpful with costumers and the pharmacist are knowledgeable, approachable and courteous.They provide an excellent personal service Im very happy to recommend Herbert Pharmacy ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
They don't seem to have any organised system. One lady in particular is quite rude and aloof. This is a stark contrast to my old pharmacy where I have just moved away from. I have decided to go back there, it is worth the journey to get the great customer service which sadly Herbert Pharmacy is lacking.
