   No star, honestly. The place is filthy. Windows are full of finger prints, all white surfaces are black with dirt. Floor is dirty at 9am. Rubbish left lying on corridor. This place was not cleaned in years. Customer service is zero. Nurse being one hour late for COVID vaccine. People waiting and waiting.....I cannot understand why authorities allow a place like this to operate. Never seen a pharmacy as dirty as this one

   Was a bit sceptical to get my vaccine here based on other reviews but honestly they were so efficient, I checked in, sat down, was called in and out the place within 10 minutes (I booked). I was nervous getting my 1st dose (Pfizer) but lovely man walking around kept the atmosphere light and made the whole experience that much better.

   I have never been to Woolwich Late Night Pharmacy until I had my 1st vaccination booked here. I was pleasantly surprised to find the inside very spacious, clean and staff very friendly. A few steps down a short stairway and you will be where the vaccination was carried out. (There are more medical services upstairs) A lift is available for those who needs it. I feel reassured to return here for my booked 2nd vaccination dose. Thank you and well done to the staff working there!
